Always use it, predictable, short queues

The parking lot is no different than it was 30 or 40 years ago...the time of communism. In fact, throughout this period, service and quality have been declining over the years. This is something normal for the Bulgarian way of life and spirit. The price of the service is high, the quality is low, but the concessionaire gets rich. Life in Bulgaria is wonderful and the parking lot shows what you can expect from your stay in the country when you land at Sofia Airport - Terminal 1.
So in conclusion, avoid it. Use the metro (mrt) and bus after that for transfers from T2 to T1 or reverse...

Fully automated parking

Good parking... but not free neither for a few minutes.

Messy place. I didn't like it.

Very bad service and bad behaviour from the staff.

They will try to charge you for your bag and for everything they can. I hope I don't have to fly in T1 or with WizzAir once again

Parking is conveniently located for Terminal 1 and it seems quite safe.

My flight was canceled and I arrived at the parking lot to pick up my car 20 hours later than the described and prepaid exit on my online book (75.6 leva for 5 full days).
The extra charge was 36+ leva for the 20 plus hours.

NEVER book online, just take the ticket when you enter the car park and pay as you leave.

They never responded to email I sent.
