After a lot of research and visits to several jewelry stores specializing in diamond engagement rings, I was fortunate to find Reve Jewelers in NYC. Simply put, I feel that Reve is the best place to shop for an engagement ring in NYC. I worked with Ashley who was amazing! The office is very private and is in a great mid-town location away from the hubbub of the diamond district. They do their best to price match any diamond from any other diamond broker you see online. Their inventory of diamonds and bands is impressive. On your first visit, Ashley will help you to identify what type of diamond you might purchase considering your budget. Ashley will educate you on what makes a diamond look great and sparkle - things such as color, clarity, cut, symmetry, polish, table percentage, and depth percentage of a diamond may be discussed Their computer generated renditions allow you to visualize what your diamond and band setting will look like together before it is made. This is a first-class operation, their communication is great, and the finished engagement rings look spectacular and consistently delivered on a timely basis.

Ashely was incredible to work with! She made the process extremely easy, and on a tight timeline before a trip out of the country she managed to coordinate everything to ensure the ring was delivered before the trip.

Cannot recommend Reve and Ashley enough! I wanted to be hands on in picking out/designing my engagement ring and Ashley made the whole process super easy and fun. My indecisiveness got the best of me more than once and Ashley was nothing but patient and kind while I worked through it. The end result is an absolutely gorgeous lab grown diamond ring that's even better than I had envisioned. The price and quick turnaround time were both great, too!

Ashley was kind, patient and genuine, and was conscientious, addressing every and any worries that someone would have in making such an important purchase. I felt relaxed and comfortable in the service she provided to us. I was over the top at times because this is the most important purchase of my life lol and she accommodated me.
