I went and everyone was friendly there. Not sure why everyone else had such a bad experience though. I went to get my passport and the service was quick. They took my pictures and finger prints, and everything will be ready in about 3-4 weeks.

very lengthy processing time.. i dont know why but am very upset . ticket price goes very high by the time .. and still they are processing dont know what they are doing.

Worst experience ever! No one is picking the phone not answering emails. Ugly ppl serving Lithuania community. No desire to help what so ever. Pandemic is long time over and they still acting like it’s the heat of it. Disgrace, u have to do better!

What an absolutely incompetent institution with no desire to serve Lithuanian citizens with routine paperwork. It is an absolute horror show, where the online registration does not work and nobody picks up the phone. Also, the hours of operation are beyond disrespectful to anyone who has a job.

Robertas and other employees were helpful, they explained documentation requirements and helped us to register our daughter's birth in Lithuania and apply for her dual citizenship. We had good experience.

No, no, and once again no good at all. The ladies that work there did not learn a thing and think they are above all us, mere mortals. 3rd world country service for something that can be done with a smile, good social attitude and some effort towards making a citizen feel as an important part of his/her country. The deep underground bar service somewhere near Kretingale may make you feel like VIP compared to what you’re gonna get in this rat nest. Sorry, my first and really bad, yet deserved, review.

Great experience applying for Schengen! They understood my situation and gave me an appointment date that worked for me. Also, told my all the documents that will be required. I reached an hour early and they did my interview early and it barely took 15 minutes. I got my stamped passport in less than a week! Thank you for the help.
