Incredible job, the process was easy, even if I delayed for 20 minutes, they welcomed, and I got my Turkish Visa. Thanks a lot for Turkish Consulate in Chicago, US.

All the consulate staff is extremely helpful. They always greet you with a smile. Thank you so much for your help and service.

No one answers the phone, no one calls back if leave a message. They don't respond to emails eighter.

I recently had the opportunity to get consular services in Cleveland, and I must say, my experience was exceptionally positive. In a world where consular services can sometimes be daunting, the team here stands out for their efficiency and helpfulness.

What particularly impressed me was their commitment to serving the local community. They bring essential consular services right to our doorstep in Cleveland, which is a significant convenience for many. Each interaction I've had with their staff has been both professional and warm, making what could be a cumbersome process, smooth and straightforward.

Moreover, their responsiveness and willingness to assist in various matters have been a great relief, especially in times of need. Whether it's for routine paperwork or more urgent consular needs, they handle each case with a high level of diligence and care.

They not only provide essential services but do so with a level of excellence and attentiveness that is truly commendable. I am grateful for their presence.

This is the first time ever a Chicago Consulate took extra initiative to go to where the Turkish citizen’s live to serve them and take care of their needs locally instead of them coming to them. Mr Engin Türesin and his team has been simply fantastic. We hope that his level of commitment and passion becomes the new norm. Thank you for all you do!

They never answered or returned my calls from Chicago consulate. What kind of help is the consulate doing for the Turkish community. If they don’t even returned phone calls. They are there to serve and help Turkish community. Not easy to contact anyone there

Hi everyone. Telling my experience to getting touristic visa. I came in at the appointment time. Security greeted me and tell me to fill up the paperwork and wait outside. In 5 minutes old lady came up to me with a smile and politely ask 3 simple questions why I’m going to Turkey. After a quick conversation she took stack of my paperwork and left.( make sure you come prepared with all documents, photos and cash) I was waiting outside probably 25 min, after that she came back with visa in my travel document ( I’m refugee) . I didn’t step inside once. And I’m fine with that as long as I got what I needed in a fast manner. I agree with people who said only locals go inside and foreigners must wait outside. But anyway overall was nice experience. Good luck to everyone!
