A nice park to visit
A very thoughtful memorial to the victims of 11 de Marzo. However, I felt like there could be a sign, board or inscription stating that so visitors could know the background
It is quite interesting initiative to make that kind of memorial where each of the trees symbolises one of the person that died in (that) train tragedy. Very peaceful
Beautiful place… so silent.
My favorite place of all El Retiro. It's like a small island with pines and a wooden bridge, you can then go up and see a lots of things from up there. Love the gardening they have (the shapes are beautiful).
It was bet of sadness as I know those trees standing has ecquivalent life from the Bombing attack in Madrid.If you want to visit Bosque del recuerdo get off in atocha metro and walk or take bus no.19 get of second stop it's exactly the gate of bosque del recuerdo.
Beautiful memorial. I thought it was such a touching way to remember and honor loved ones. The flowers tucked into the branches of the evergreens were so lovely and brought home just how many people personally affected.
