When i lived on 3d Ave, during my thrice-a-week trek to the Gugge on 5th Ave i would pass this interesting leftover from bygone years, nod to it, whilst greeting ‘Good morning/evening Ziggy.” A private pleasing action that morohed in to a ritual of sorts. The Zig still looks good. I suppose someone maintains it. Good simple stuff,
