It's a perfectly fine loft space, but the warm ambiance in the photo did not match reality. Only having one bathroom was also tough with the number of people at the event. That said, you get out of a loft space what you put into it, and the event I attended did not put in a lot of effort.
Adding an extra star for the nice response. Not their fault the party didn't do a little more to make the space feel more welcoming. And a second bathroom (when finished renovating) is helpful.

Very nice space..Came here to see a jazz quintet last week and had a wonderful time.
I have worked with Pepi on several events recently and have consistently found her to be extremely helpful, professional and innovative. The space is classy and in a great neighborhood.

My events typically have anywhere from 20 to 30 people coming and going all day for two days straight. There are a lot of moving parts to making the event run smoothly and Pepi and her team are very accommodating and understanding. The space is very attractive. It is a beautiful, comfortable space, ideal location for commuters and guests, situated in the heart of Union Square and Flatiron District.

My husband and I really wanted our wedding to be in Manhattan and therefore we began searching for lofts and rooftops online. Our caterer ended up recommending the Sixth Floor Loft to us because we wanted a small chic wedding. The loft is absolutely beautiful! It has some furniture and beautiful chandeliers therefore it does not require much decor. The rates are also very reasonable in comparison to other rates we were given for venues in the city. Pepi, the owner, was very delightful and accommodating. This was the perfect setting for our chic, intimate wedding.
DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE stay away! worst management ever. they will make your event hell.
