Full of traditional things ..it was good

Great lobby, very nice people, rooms are a bit old , needs refurbishment.

Hotel rooms was okay but let me state my experience as soon as I entered the no bell boy to pickup the luggage from taxi after we put it in lobby/cafe after that he came and wanted to take the luggage to rooms for tip only I had cooked food with me which I wanted to heat it I went to hotel restaurant and asked to heat it there was one guy yousaf he knew English he talked nicely to me and told me after asking the chef that I could use heat my food and eat in the restaurant after half hour I came back with my family to have my food as soon as chef saw me with food he started saying to yousaf that he wants money to heat the food I said I will pay but chef didn't mention anything about money before which I also understood that he didn't mention anything about money chef said he wants money in advance I didn't have money with I sent my son to room to get money and gave him money after that we sat waiting for our food to come the other waiter came and asked that you have to pay money to use the restaurant if you want to eat in restaurant I didn't understand what he was saying because he was using translation app I told him to yousaf will translate what you want he was not calling yousaf I called yousaf and asked him what he wants he translated that he is saying there is a charges to eat food in restaurant I told yousaf if he will ask for money I will take my food in my room after that he doesn't want money if you want to use restaurant for next time you have to pay I will not use it next time the experience was pathetic and behavior of staff except yousaf was pathetic and all staff was greedy and nonprofessional.

Amazing service. Staff was very cooperative and responded back on time. The receptionist guided us to Tehran attractions which made our experience much better. Also the ambiance was 10/10.

Do NOT trust this hotel !!

i have a very mix feeling about this hotel. I stayed there for one week and the rooms were just ok. its good to sleep and take a shower but not to stay in.

-Location is good tho.

The worst part about this hotel was the staff. there is this man at the reception, he is a mid-aged man and with no or little black hair color.he is a night shift. DO NOT TRUST HIM! he will rip you off!!!
-( there is another night receptionist younger man with blondish brown hair he is very nice! ) DO NOT TRUST HIM! he will rip you off.

anyways, I asked to pay for my stay and he told me the price much more expensive for what it suppose to be. I asked for the bill , and the bill was much less what he told me to my face.

I asked him the reason for the extra charge, and he said, he assumed that I would stay here more!! crazy? tricky? untrustworthy ? all that.

I will NOT return to this hotel when I'm in Tehran because now I have trust issues with this place also i feel disrespected.

I do hope the manager sees this which he probably won't or he will ignore because they will continue tricking people with their methods and this was one of them but i caught them!

The oldest Indian restaurant in Tehran.
The food are really good.
It's very cozy place, it is romantic place to relax.
The place is very good and suitable for kids to go with.
You can say that the food is little Iranian style and it is not that spicy, but I liked the food.
Staff are very polite and welcoming.
Try the milk tea after your meal.
I like the restaurant a lot.

I was fortunate enough to discover this little gem of a hotel a little over a year ago. I stayed here for just under a week, I have to say while my room was modest, the service was more than excellent.

The staff here were very helpful and accommodating. I also have to say that the free breakfast was much better than I expected at such a low priced hotel. The next time I find myself in Tehran I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
