Actual rooms are not as shown in the pictures here, filthy rooms, no cleanliness and mannerless staff
The Staff Behaviour is not good, network problem in the whole area, and the staff mistreat/misbehave with their guests as if one is staying there for Free inspite of paying the highest charges for average rooms across the whole area

The Hotel staff is very rude, and disrespectful and very poor management,

The Hotel staff is very disrespectful and rude, we had booked the rooms with buffet, and they denied us entry to the restaurant very rudely in front of other guests

The room was good with good service except the restaurant! The foods has really low loyalty and expensive prices!!

Our worst hotel experience in Iran. Located in a back alley of the city center of Mashad, this is a quiet big hotel with incompetent managers and worst staff. Our group had a reservation for 10 rooms via the local tour operator. There are many other hotels around, not sure why the tour operator reserved this hotel.
First of all we had to walk from the main road about 300 meters with our bags in small alleys to reach the hotel. The check-in was chaotic and took very long. The front desk staff was so disorganized, they even didn’t know what they were doing. There was no help with bags. Every room had some kind of issue, no towels, no bedsheets, no toiletries or A/C not working etc etc. some bathrooms had no commode, only a squatting pan. The worst was nobody in the staff speaks any English. So communication was a disaster. We had to change the room, got bedsheets later and there were no toiletries. Bathroom was old and broken. Checkout was another drama taking hours and hours for them to check rooms and bills. There were so many issues with other group members too.
