Clean hotel and very nice staff, high cleanliness, in addition to delicious food
Wellness was closed because of covid (260 infections per day in a 80Mio people country 🤦♀️). For lunch exist only meals with rice, electricity sockets were torn out and hanging from the wall, nobody cleaned up the room, nobody emptied the garbage can,
2 out of 3 booked leisure activities did not work. In Europe this is a maximum of a 3 star hotel.

Services is good ,but this place it's not a five star hotel .the room in this hotel are not up to five stars hotels standards .too many issue to list .

One of the worst for a 5 star hotel but can be reasonable if you put out one star!
Delayed airport transportation, bad breakfast, average lunch, not enough parking space, not helpful front dest staff, excellent tourist dest.
