Very bad reception the lady’s At reception very rude
The staff is not helpful, and they are ver rude also we complaint about air conditioning is not cooling the room and no one is trying to solve the problem
Tbh one of the worst experience ever.
The net is awful!! it cuts of every one minute and at 1 am they turn it off.
Too much noise of building construction and noise from out.
The receptionist were awful, they are so and they gossip a lot and they are always angry specially the male ones. All they need is money money money.
The hygiene and cleaning is good.
The location is also good.
The breakfast is good too. However, the receptionist are so bad no good treatment at all.
The employees of the cleaning are great.
The issue is only with the receptionist and the male ones basically. They are always angry and mad. They have mo professionalism in working.

I recommend for the tourists out there to visit this hotel. It’s like one of those Dubai hotels and I’m surprised that it only has 4 stars.

- the beds are really comfortable and there is a nice cooling
- the entire room and it’s bathroom are so clean
- you’ll even find a Quran and a prayer rug (on the roof stays which direction you should pray to= Qibla)
- this might sound random but they even have really good tooth paste and tooth brush, my teeth turned instantly more white after using them for the first time
- you can go to the restaurant anytime but have to pay after 10 AM (breakfast time)
- you have a really nice view from your balcony!

An old beautiful hotel, we had our IELTS exam her and some candidates had stayed there the night before exam. I arrived there early morning and the receptionist welcomed me. The atmosphere was nice and at last i satisfied all in all. It's in a city center neighborhood and you probably would be in trouble to getting there in crowded times
First of all receptionists treated me like potential thief and was super rude (propably they are nicer for people in suits). Secondly they've changed price of my reservation 3 times! I've paid whole amount during check-in, after 15 minutes they called that I should pay more and next day also. Breakfast was terrible, looks nice but the taste was horrible, propably made from cheapest products. After eating sausages I spent whole day in bathroom. Thanks God it's not expensive. I don't recommend this place.
It's very good to stay in Tehran.Located in heart of city (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel staff is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms, free WiFi, taxi service to desert safari,jeep safari,camel safari.
The cafeteria of hotel was great n good for meeting, food was great, delicious. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and businessman
