I’m not one to write reviews. However, I cannot go without writing one. My husband and I ate dinner here last night. If I could sum up my whole review in one word it would be…. Unreal. From the moment you walk in the experience begins, you are transported to the coziest room with counter seats all around the kitchen, from the staff, to the ambiance, to the bathoom/decor, and most importantly the food. Five stars all around. We are BIG food snobs, being that we have lived in some of the best food cities in the nation. The cat bird seat is one of if not the best meal I’ve ever had. The staff is welcoming but professional, the chefs were knowledgeable and obviously very good at what they do, and the beverage lady was spot on with all the wine pairings. Thank you all so much for an incredible experience/meal. I never wanted to leave, We will be back.

Catbird Seat is an absolute gem in Nashville! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The tasting menu was a culinary journey like no other, with each course expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. The chef's creativity truly shines here. The intimate, chef's counter seating adds to the experience, as you can watch the magic happen in the kitchen. The wine pairings were spot on, and the sommelier's knowledge was impressive. This is a must-visit for food enthusiasts looking for a memorable dining adventure in Music City!
We got to experience firstly an amazing menu, awesome time with friends, fantastic service. This is an experience I will not soon forget. Each course had its own cutlery, plate and wine pairing. You never got the same thing twice.
You had a front row seat in watching your meal being prepared and I can see the passion each chef had for their creations. There were 3 servers on Duty and did they deliver! One of our team really wanted a normal coldrink and when they didn't have in stack they ran out and got.

The food here is absolutely incredible! The ambiance is fabulous! Then getting to watch every step of them preparing your food and create the pure edible art work they make on your plate is spectacular. I would go back to Nashville just to eat here. The symphony of flavors on the plates and the progression of flavor throughout the evening is extremely well thought out and creates absolute perfection. I highly recommend The Catbird Seat. It's better than Michelin Star restaurants I've been to in the past. Incredibly wonderful food!
Enjoyed the early 15 course tasting seating paired with wine. The staff could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable. We had the winter menu which included a lot of seafood dishes. The wine selections were terrific.
