Ka Wor Yuen BBQ

Filling meal in less than $8‼️We got the BBQ Pork & Roasted Pork Rice. This Box of Rice had BBQ Pork, Roasted Pork, side Veggies on a bed of Rice, the portion was totally amazing, and it also came with a Chinese Soup or Soy Milk! The BBQ Pork was juicy, tender, the Roasted Pork was not fatty at all, but the skin was soggy; however, really ain’t complaining esp at this price plus the amount of food it came with!

After meeting with a friend after work, I stopped in at Ka Wor Yuen BBQ, conveniently located right next to where we were. I picked up some dinner to take home and lunch for the next day.

For dinner, I got a combo of Roast Pork and Soya Chicken. It included rice, vegetables, and soup for under $8.00. Good deal!

I also picked up an order of Roast Pork, cooked down with a nice gravy. For only $5.00, there was more than enough for two meals.

For three meals, this was good food at great prices!

We called and asked if the roasted Turkeys for ppl for Christmas. They said they did. Everything went smoothly. The turkey looked great but unfortunately when we cut into the turkey, it was raw. Not even like a little raw, I would say more than half the turkey was raw.

When you buy the roasted pork with the ribs, make sure you check it before leaving the store. I bought $38 in ribs only to find out after I got home, half of the box was non rib. No bones to be found in the box.

Love this little "hole in the wall" chinese BBQ place. The char siu was really delicious, sweet and savoury!
1. for $8.10+tax, we got slices of char siu pork, cabbage, rice and a sweet sauce poured over it, Plus a choice btween a cup of soy milk or soup. What a nice, convenient cheap little meal. Definitely worth it in my opinion
2. for $13 (after tax), a little over a POUND's worth of bbq pork. Holy! Delicious meat as usual.

Would recommend, kind owners.

Stopped by Ka Wor Yeun BBQ for the first time in February 2022. The roast pork is very good and they offer two prices, $10 for rib section or $8.50 non-rib section, which is a fair way to do things. Friendly lady too and free parking although the main area is often very full. Check them out.

Lovely husband & wife team shop. They're so nice and welcoming. But most importantly, the food is very good. I got a whole duck and some char siu. All the meat is flavorful and oh so tender. Don't know how they did it so well but I'll definitely be back since i live like 5 minutes away. Highly recommended
