Nice place. College area with service canada, service , service ontario, GRT, and Community service offices nearby.
Visited Service Canada located in the building, I had a great experience and timely service delivery.
It has 2 restaurants at the top and the building has Service Canada and Congestoga College renting in the mall. Other than that the mall has nothing other than lots of parking. The clock tower that can be seen outside the mall doesn't work as well.
Great place to experience Downtown Kitchener, you will find the service canada centre and Conestoga College here with 2-3 eatery options on the upper level which is also connected to Residency via an elevated Cooridoor , you will find Fredrick Station just outside for taking GRT Buses or ION for Conestoga Station 401
It's not a great shopping mall, not active or vibrant. Also, many shops were closed
Student hangout! No real food options! The college should take it over and develop this into student housing and recreation!
It lacks more color and lighting.But now that it's from conestoga college I hope it improves
