Avoid this clinic at all costs if you value your life. This establishment harbors dangerous practices, exemplifying the epitome of recklessness. To make matters worse, it's tainted by racism, staffed by impolite individuals, and employs doctors who seem to be bereft of training and empathy.
My ordeal began with a blatant lie from the receptionist, who callously declared, "This is not a walk-in clinic," despite their website clearly stating otherwise. Despite my high fever during their supposed business hours, I took their word and tried to alleviate my suffering with a mere Tylenol. The next day, my fever raged higher, and I reluctantly returned, left with no other options.
Two and a half excruciating hours later, as my body temperature soared, and my breaths grew shallower, I begged the receptionist to summon a doctor. Callously, she brushed me aside, insisting I wait my turn. Desperation forced me into the hallway, where I cried out for help. Instead, I encountered Dr. Falih, who callously dismissed my pleas, indifferent to my struggle for breath. Can you fathom someone in respiratory distress not screaming for their life?
Later, they absurdly labeled my ordeal as mere anxiety. I now write this with severe MALARIA INFECTION and critically low red blood cell count. Had I solely relied on these charlatans, I would not be here to share this cautionary tale. I implore you, steer clear of this clinic. I'm actively pursuing legal action to shut down this menace, and I urge others to do the same. Your life may depend on it

Very reasonable wait time for a walk in clinic, and the appointment was very efficient. Nurse and doctor were both very personable and kind
My only suggestion would be to have some low music or something playing in the waiting room, silence was a bit deafening

Dr. Faustin is good but there’s a long wait time approx. 45mins or more even after booking appointment in advance.. staff will call your name in 10-15mins but they will keep you waiting inside the cabin for more than half an hour !!

I just don’t understand, they spend years and years on education and most of doctors write about why they want to be a doctor.. what’s the point of writing that they want to help community if you cannot even listen to your patient and help them. The doctor(Osama Hasan) I saw at benton clinic was very very rude. I told him specifically I have abdominal pain and other issues and want to get checked and he said what’s the point of getting ultrasound we have already done one in November. It’s been more than 6 months, A person might be eating really well, exercising, taking medication and want to see if it helps or not. Or there is any other reason too why I am experiencing horrible pain because I was having pain at back too. Worst experience ever. Why do you want to be a doctor, if you don’t want to help your patient.

I'm on ei sickness and to have my benefits extended I need an ei medical form completed. After having the form completed by the doctor after waiting a hour to see one (walk-in) the receptionist tells me I have to pay $40 dollars. I wasn't informed about the charge beforehand. I showed her my bank account that I only have $9 dollars and my rent is coming up which I won't make without the ei payments. She went back to speak with the doctor and he demanded payment and wouldn't release the completed document. This country is disgusting to treat the poor and disabled in such a manner. I mention to a representative of Service Canada after submitting a report from a licensed physiotherapist but unfortunately they would not accept it. She tried to help me as much as she could including speaking to her supervisor after I told her the doctor refused to give me the signed illness form because I didn't have the $40. Unfortunately, Canada makes rules that tie hands of the disabled which exposes their vulnerabilities and eventually homelessness. It is unfair to put so much power in the hands of doctors.

Dr. Solomon Faustin is a fantastic doctor. He gives enough time to listen to my concerns and takes time to explain everything to me. If there are any concerns, he takes them seriously and follows up. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, understanding and a good listener. I am so grateful to have him as my family doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Solomon to those looking for a family doctor.

It's very lucky to have Dr. Solomon as our family doctor. As new immigrants, we were a bit worried about language barriers, but Dr. Solomon has been amazing! He's super friendly and professional, and we never feel uncomfortable asking questions or talking about our concerns. We've been with him for almost two years now and couldn't be happier with the care we've received.
