Very good sound system and quality of the screen

It is a very good place to watch new movies and not very cloudy

They don’t clean between the shows, floors are so dirty with popcorn leftovers. Need to get better service folks, you charge a lot of money

Definitely wasn't clean, there's no trash cans close to the seating, which encourages people to just throw their trash on the floor or on the seats. There was also a very bad smell. I didn't have much contact with the employees that work there but most people say they offer poor service although I am aware that obviously not all employees there are like this. And i honestly don't know if it's just our bad economy or is this place so overpriced. Overall, I've been to better cinemas. Although the auditorium wasn't clean, the bathroom was fine and even though I really dislike using public restrooms i found this acceptable.

No tissues in Bathroom or u have to pay money for the housekeeper to give u one (tips)

The guy who reserve places need extra money always

Really disappointing. The sound is very high and I think it will end up injuring somebody's hearing. Floor is sticky. Staff are pleasant but they keep greeting you or politely asking for tips similar to cinemas downtown. Vox cinemas are a million times better since you do not need to experience this sort of begging.

Great place for kids too
