This is the WORST tasting ice! Chemical and plastic flavor. I drink water all day and notice when we get Reddy Ice. I don't know what kind of filters you use, or cleaning products, but this is NOT healthy! NASTY. I hope you fix it. I used to love your ice. It feels like I'm drinking poison.

Went to buy ice today at King Soopers 10-10-21. Reddy Ice decided to stick it to it's customers! It used to be 2$ for 10# of ice. Now it's 2$ for a 7# bag. Cutting the product back 30%!!! I'm just gonna go get sonic ice from now on. You're not the only option Reddy Ice!

Driver making a delivery to one of our vendors got out of his truck, moved cones and caution tape and drove through an active construction site because he did not want to go around. When stopped by employees of the property, he proceeded to cuss them out and continue on his way. Been trying to get ahold of the safety team or HR for the last 15 minutes, all I've gotten so far is three full mail boxes and four department redirections.

Terrible service from the woman I spoke with on the phone today. I was trying to order 600 pounds of ice for an event, but the woman kept making that process difficult. She was rude and impatient and made me feel like my request to do business with Reddy Ice was a severe inconvenience. I asked her a few questions and and at first she claimed not to know the answer, but later in the conversation she had the information. I felt like she was deliberately withholding information just to be evasive and non-helpful. Why is ordering ice so difficult?

My experience with Ready Ice has been generally good. People write reviews when they are upset. Not heathy
