Great team. We called an order in over the phone and they had our pickup all ready to roll!
Just called to inquire about dry ice and the person who answered the phone was rude and shut me down before I finished my statement. You promote on your website you have dry ice and were completely out of it. Not sure I like the way I was spoken to.

The manager of Ice Butler hand delivered my dry ice to my house yesterday since he knew that I needed my dry ice at the end of the day due to using the ice for Cold Capping therapy for my cancer treatment today. Cokd Capping saves hair fo chemo patients a lot of the time! Thank you Ice Butler!!!!
