We had a complex job that didn’t work out when it was initially completed. Nick came out and immediately agreed and said it would be redone to solve the challenges. He and his team came and did an excellent job reworking more than we had even expected. I would recommend them highly-the sign of a really great company is how they handle a situation such as ours and they were stellar!

Not only are we happy with their final work, but we are so THANKFUL for Nick's honesty and dedication to a project that went "totally wonky" from how our driveway was built. Early into the process, many challenges presented themselves and we had to get them fixed prior to the asphalt being laid. Nick was honest, patient, and worked with us on the original quote. We cannot be thankful enough for not dropping us as customers, which I am sure many would have, and stuck with us and going above and beyond to come and watch, discuss, and brainstorm solutions. Nick Biddinger is a great guy to work with and very good at explaining the procedure and what to expect. The crew was efficient, friendly and crew boss great with answering any questions. Very pleased with the final new asphalt drive.

Biddinger Asphalt provided extremely excellent service from a quick response to schedule a comprehensive quote, to providing repairs, then the sealing process. The crew were reliable and efficient and Nik followed up with a personal inspection of work performed after both the repairs as well as sealing.

Building a home up in Traverse City put me in a position of dealing with several contractors that were responsible for various jobs. Nik & his team were top tier when it comes to professionalism and delivering a final product within a reasonable timeframe. To give an example, 4 days after they installed our 700 foot driveway up a steep hill, which was a technical feat unto itself, a force majeure torrential rainstorm hit and washed out a few edges of the drive. Nik & team drove up to assess the damage within 24 hours. They then fixed the damaged drive free of charge. They also installed an erosion-control system that same week, which has withstood other rainstorms. I'd highly recommend working with Nik for both large & small projects. You can rest easy knowing that Biddinger Asphalt Management stands by their finished product

I first contacted Biddinger Asphalt Management in September 2021 to provide a quote for driveway asphalt. Nik responded in a timely manner did an incredible job of educating me on the process. Though his calendar for the year was full, I was first in line in the spring of 2022. Despite the rise in oil/petroleum prices affecting asphalt, Nik honored his original quote. And, because I wasn't on site, the crew communicated very well through pictures and texts. I can't recommend this company enough! Full of knowledge, integrity and great communication skills.
