Plume Villas

We stayed in double villa and this was fantastic, each room had an ensuite of its own which was lovely and we shared the lounge area, thus meaning each couple had their own space but a communal space also. Each room had aircon which was amazing as it was very hot when we visited. Grounds were well kept also with lovely walkways, great for our evening walk. Pool was fab too, (only negative - would be great if the pool opened earlier in the morning for us early birds) Great stay will definitely stay again :)

We had an unforgettable stay at Plume Villas in Matakana. Our friends and us enjoyed a luxurious double bedroom villa that was equipped with top-notch facilities and cutting edge technology. The property itself is extremely picturesque, especially when it lights up at night, creating a magical atmosphere.

Thoughtful touches like a letter from the owners - Clyde and Farida, a packed snack basket and a bottle of sparkling vino from their vineyards to welcome us, made our stay even more special.

We dined at their Restaurant, which is a short stroll from our villa. The starters (scampi and the volcanic ciabatta) and sous vide duck for mains were a delightful culinary experience and we would love to be back to try out more from their menu.

Overall, a fantastic stay that deserves full 5 stars!
