Can anyone please give me number of the land owner
I start stay this apartment,since March 2023.
It’s quiet old apartment in dubai.
Full neat and clean.
Parking area is not appropriate.
Care taker is awesome guy.
Realestate office staff are easy.
Ac Maintanance team good.
Doors and fittings quiet old model.
Calm and quiet.
Family and single persons can easily stay.
Metro station is nearest.
Nearest super marketsy day to day and city corner (24 hours)
Lots of restaurants near bye.

Raha residence is a residential building with 3 floors and over 50 units. It has major parking issues. It is close to a 24*7 supermarket named City corner supermarket. This building has various shops including a laundry shop, car rental showroom, documentation solutions and a restaurant "Mumbai Maratha" (north Indian cuisine). Closest bus stop is Seedya school 2 and closest metro station is ADCB formerly known as Al Karama (Red line)
