Pathethic experience. EDI delayed my class for more than one month for no reason and they work only for money.
Good service... especially noufal clears every single doubts
Worst experience. EDI is only after money and is delaying the over all process for months for them to get that extra 140 AED. The EDI app is so useless that no booking for test is possible. I will never recommend EDI for anybody. On top of all this worst customer service.
I wanna shout out this review for mr MUKHTAR…all the instructors are in very good and very patience.. I never drive in my life .. since I go and had a training in EDI they will build and gain your confident.. even karama branch are very helpful and always arrange the class as per as we requested.. thanks again EDI and all the instructors from karama branch … I’ve got my license today …
I can tell you this things … EDI student and another student confident are very different.. some of my friends are get the license from Another school.. confident are different.. EDI it’s a bit slow the process and the license but I recommend comparing with another student… thanks you EDI karama .

Pathetic customer service, Will not recommend EDI to any one for sure.
I took unlimited package by paying (7500) only to get frustratation and head ache. Everytime they provide you different trainers.... If we request same trainer (with whom you are confident and comfortable )they will come up with 1000 reasons to say NO.
My first trainer was Mr. Nowfal Naaruddin who was very polite and great at teaching, But they didn’t provide me the same trainer by mentioning (They changed him to manual) !!!!
Second trainer was Ms. Shafeequa Who was very calm and good at teaching, Again they didn’t provide me same trainer (Not available for upcoming days at allllll !!!!!!)...
Mr. Ansari course co- ordinator, who will never help you with your requests.When you call customer care (Happy with the call centre team) they will inform Mr. Ansari will call and solve the issue.
Unfortunately he calls only to say NO, trainer is not available - If you want to book class go with some other trainer or else nothing to do.
He don’t even care to help you or sort the issue.
Daily different trainers they will provide, those trainers just want to finish 2 hours (sadly my classes are by 9-11) they are not even being sincere as we are not there regular student.
I regret of not joining EXCELLENCE driving school, My friend joined there and getting same trainer for each and every classes till the date.
Iam really disappointed and frustrated with there service and the way they handle customers....
Iam writing this at 1:15am(Had my class today 9-11 with a different trainer) only to notify you people to rethink before joining EMIRATES DRIVING SCHOOL..
Iam sure, I will fail in this assessment as well, As they give you new trainers every day who will just waste your 2 hours.

Edi school not good only waste time i pass theory test for class waiting more then 2 week
I got my UAE driving license through EDI. Being a new driver it took almost 4 months for me to get it. Opened my file in Karama branch, but attended all the classes & test in EDI Al Qusais. Entire journey was quite smooth, people are cooperative & helpful. My instructor Mr Sadhik was very helpful & professional.
Special thanks to Mr Abdul Satar ,who always helped me to get desire slot for the classes & exams, even though I wasn't having unlimited package. Thanks EDI..
