I recently had the misfortune of encountering the UK Parking Patrol, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I can't express enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with the level of service I received.
From the moment I parked my car, it felt like I was being targeted by vultures rather than dealing with a legitimate parking enforcement agency. The whole interaction left me feeling like a criminal rather than someone who made an honest mistake. The parking attendant's attitude was shockingly condescending and lacked any sense of empathy or understanding. It's as if they derive pleasure from ruining people's days.
But what truly baffled me was the lack of professionalism and competence exhibited by this so-called "office." The communication was abysmal, and it seemed like their only goal was to issue tickets, no matter how flimsy the justification. The whole process reeked of a money-making scheme rather than a genuine effort to manage parking and ensure fairness.
The paperwork provided was riddled with errors and inconsistencies, making it evident that attention to detail is not a priority for them. It's astonishing that an organization entrusted with enforcing regulations can't even get their own documents right.
Furthermore, attempting to resolve the matter was an exercise in futility. Their customer service was practically non-existent – rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. It's evident that they have no interest in addressing grievances or providing a fair platform for disputing fines.
I've dealt with parking enforcement agencies in other countries, and I understand the necessity of their role in maintaining order. However, the UK Parking Patrol's tactics and approach are beyond the pale. They tarnish the reputation of legitimate parking enforcement and erode trust in public services.
In conclusion, my experience with the UK Parking Patrol was an absolute disaster. From their hostile attitudes to their lack of professionalism and shoddy paperwork, it was a masterclass in how not to run a parking enforcement agency. I hope that others can avoid the headache and frustration that I endured. Steer clear of this outfit if you value your sanity and your wallet.
Take me to court hurry up CLOWNS.

These guys are appalling. Gave be a ticket. I appealed. They've lost my appeal so put the ticket price up to £100. Basic service not there

Sadly, I have to give it one star.
If I could leave no stars I would, such an unprofessional company. I have had 3 wrongly placed tickets so far in the last few days.
I have been a gym member for more than 10 years, and never had any parking issues.
Called the company to cancel the ticket and a Lady said I have to appeal, It is a total waste of time and unnecessary Harassment!

No means of contacting them other than website, they reject all appeals. I’m the owner of the parking space they ticketed, I have the deed to it, they still upheld the ticket at appeal.

Sadly, one of the worst companies I have come across. I have driven down a road, parked in a hotel car park for 90 minutes, paid for parking in the hotel car park and then left. They have issued me a penalty charge for parking in the middle of a road for 90 minutes. Absolute waste of everyone's time. No common sense at all.

Quite possible the most rude customer service I have ever experienced. The woman that answered the phone immediately spoke over me, and tried everything to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.

Unable to make £8 charge for duration of stay but still charged £60. Only paid this to prevent further increases in amount as these types of company are renowned for increasing the amount where delays are made to payment or appeals prolong such payments. The company said I accepted liability because I paid £60 which is not true as I explained in correspondence to them which they ignored.
Again, as others have said no stars is more appropriate. Be aware when parking at Duke Street, Manchester no facility to pay by cash or card
