This company are vile parasites who exist solely to make money off of innocent tenants. Despite parking in my own designated parking spot they still gave me a fine. I appealed this and even though they do not dispute that I was parked in my own designated parking spot they rejected my appeal anyway.

Rude, arrogant staff from a company who offer zero service to their clients whatsoever. They go after tenants whilst doing absolutely nothing about the illegal parking at the location.

Got charged £100 for parking in my own designed parking space (which I pay £50 a month for), only to be told that my appeal was unsuccessful as although I had proof that it was my car in MY space, the guidelines won’t accept the appeal. Disgraceful to charge a young adult, who lives alone £100 during a cost of living crisis! Horrible company with horrible people!

Live in block of flat where the housing association have decided to use these as parking management. This disgusting company have now decided as they aren't making money off tenants through fines as no one abuses the car park, as they were lead to believe by the landlords we did. They are now going to charge tenants to have visitors come to their homes. And make the tenants pay for permits or they will fine the visitors £100 and if you do pay, your limited on the amount of visitors you can have or the time they can spend visiting. Disgusting company

I parked my car in my own residential car park at night. When I woke up next day, I got a fine for parking IN MY VERY OWN CAR PARK where I was allocated a parking space.

I then made an appeal, attached with the clauses regarding my right to park in my tenancy, and was rejected. HOW RIDICULOUS.

Their reply:-
"... but without seeing the full documentation, it cannot be ascertained whether this right amounts to unrestricted permission."

What on earth is that joke. I was allocated a parking space yet it is undertrained whether I have unrestricted permission?????

Don't know how it work, but already paid a discounted fine since they stated in the letter I have to pay 100 pounds in case a second appeal was rejected.

What a joke.

If you’re a management company I would seriously consider your options on a suitable company to manage your parking control, and not this shambles of an organisation.
They have incapable operatives, who are unable to see a valid permit and when it comes to challenging the ticket they leave you in the dark for weeks.
I should be charging them for my time, which may end up being the case.
I will be writing to my managing agent about considering moving away from such a poor company so residents do not have to deal which such nonsense.

If I could give them 0stars I would. What a joke of a company. My parking permit got damaged and I couldn’t display or finding a spare one as it was 11pm when I got home and the next day I woke up to a fine for parking in my own bay. I tried to appeal it but got told a rule is a rule. Definitely taking them to court.

This inadequate company has sent me a parking fine. I am a self employed driver and was dropping off a passenger it took me no longer than 5 minutes to complete my job. This inadequate company sent me a fine stating I was there for four hours however I am lucky to work for a company that has everything logged in their app I.e. very time specific.

Even though I have appealed they have rejected it. Based on the fact that their ANPR cameras have captured my vehicle. On the letter they have sent me, there is only one picture of me exiting and not even me entering, on the single photo provided there is no time stamp. I was working the whole four hours they are accusing me of parking my car there. I am just waiting for my employer to provide the evidence. Somebody is lying and it definitely is not me :]
