I've been training with Paul for 7 months, and have learned so much about so many different tools and techniques for my fitness it's incredible. From stretches, warmups, strength training with bands and weights, core stuff, and some boxing moves great for fun cardio! Paul's the real deal with a wealth of experience and knowledge, and is always encouraging and inspiring.

The personal training sessions I had with Paul were fantastic. He is highly skilled in getting the most out of each session. He teaches all the exercises in a very clear way and was attuned to my own personal strengths and weaknesses. Paul also strikes a good balance of when to push hard and when to ease back a little. I highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to take their personal fitness and strength to the next level.

Paul's Classes are excellent. It's clear he knows what he is doing and builds up your personal program as you go to get the results you need. In my specific case that would be weight loss and lowering blood pressure without the use of medication. I am happy on both counts. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to improve their physical condition!
