I have used Roses Only for many years. Great quality and amazing service
AVOID ! What I paid for compared to what I got was was like ordering from wish.
Would like to be able to add photos on these reviews to let the people see the disappointment for themselves !

Awful experience! Paid for same day delivery which didn't arrive. During that day i rang customer support and the person said they can see the flowers which look great and will be delivered which was not the case.
Next day rang support again asking where my order was. Support acknowledged the issue and refunded the delivery fee but also mentioned the order would be upgraded which was not the case. During this day i received a text message from customer support asking to ring when i already spoke with someone. Not sure why i should be calling when roses only had the stuff up and should be ringing the customer.
I rang again towards the end of the day around 5-6pm for the customer support person to tell me the flowers are now arriving at 7pm who said i would be compensated and was not. I dont understand how someones late and missed order now is delayed further.
Terrible customer service, team members are not informed properly and say conflicting information which they do not follow up on.
Stay away!

Ordered flowers for a dinner about a month ago and they did a very great job in arranging flowers, right on time. Easy to talk too, awesome service and highly recommended.
Great location can be found on Kedron. Best of the best flower arrangement, I requested for a custom for my parents wedding anniversary and I am really surprise how Roses Only did it, Highly recommended and very professional florist!!!
Ordered flowers to celebrate Mother's Day for me, my mom and my sister in law. We really love it thanks, always find the best and fresh flowers here and delivered right on time.. Highly recommended!
Never get disappointed ordering flowers here. The freshness and the arrangement are very high quality they really did a great job! Really happy to order here on special occassions.
