Their kiosks weren’t working, but I used the app, SpotHero. I went to exit the lot and the man accused me of trying to leave without paying since the kiosk was down he thought there was no way I could’ve paid. Showed him my receipt and he tucked his tail between his legs and raised the gate for me. Just annoying, don’t accuse me of not paying when I paid in advance 🤔🤔🤔

Scam! I had to pay $26 for just 2 hours. The person letting you in is also letting you out, you cannot pay with the machine, he will do it for you…

Horrible.. I reserved and pre-payed 5 days in advance.. but when I arrived, there was no parking available in the parking lot. I had to come back later and then I couldn’t get out and they wanted me to pay again to leave.????

The sign says $24 dollars for 2 hours in weekdays and Sat but I charged me $26 for our 1.5 hours being there. It also didn't give me a receipt when I selected the receipt option. I felt I was ripped off and no attendance to help hence gave it only 2 stars.

I highly recommend this lot. I was attending an event in Harvard Square - driving down from New Hampshire - and wanted to know that I would have a nearby place to park. I parked here using the ParkWhiz app, and had a flawless experience. I paid $14.99 to park for several hours on a Wednesday night. The lot was safe - when I arrived, I saw a couple of folks who were leaving the lot who appeared to be returning to their cars after leaving work. The "no cash" system at this non-attended, 24/7 lot was very easy to use, and the lot was well-lit.

Dangerous and dishonest lot, be aware if you park here at night you may be trapped because there's no attendant to let you out and the kiosk payment system does not work. If you can get thru to customer service they charge you whatever they want to get out of the lot. Paid $32 to park for 4 hours after 5pm. That's not what the sign at the entrance advertised. 8 cars behind me had to break out thru the entrance after waiting for almost an hour in line. Do not park here if you can help it.

The lot is extremely convenient but the call stations do not work, nor does the phone # to call for assistance. We lost our ticket after attending a show at the Sinclair and we were stuck in the lot because the attendant was no longer there. What are people supposed to do in this situation?
