Hi all, went to Kith cafe , waiting around to buy a take away coffee for a while , staff ignored me , so went to Starbucks not my first choice but I got served . Staffing level and training are
Important . If the staff acknowledges you and says just a min I get to you soon . I would have waited

Really impressed with Kith Cafe Great World! Great friendly service with tasty value for money F&B. Love that it’s so kid friendly too with its baby chairs and ample space between tables. Our toddler got to meet the mascot too, and even got a balloon he was really eyeing! Helps that the baby changing room, lift, and playground is literally just beside too. Thank you 🙏🏻

Cafe was relatively empty on a Tuesday evening, online menu was easy to use and fuss free. Location is situated next to the children’s playground so might not be suitable for those who prefers a quiet ambience. Food was served quickly and server was friendly. Good portion size for two pax, ordered Fish n Chips, Pizza, Mushroom Soup and Salted Chocolate Cookie.

A cafe full of kids, but the server led us to a quieter table. Most appreciated! Food and drinks ordered and paid for via an online menu. They were prepared and served after a short wait. Food was very decent.

Plus point about this cafe is the close proximity to the playground where parents can enjoy their meals and cup of cuppa while their kids enjoy playing at the playground with unrestricted view.
The food there is tad average if you're looking for good food but the cafe comes with great selection of beverages.

This cafe is located at Great world level 2, just right beside the outdoor playground. Very popular on the weekend, a lot of families with young kids. The service was good, staffs were friendly and helpful. The foods were good, but not wonderful. I went there on the weekday, they have lunch promotion deal! I ordered Chicken wrap that comes with Ice tea for SGD 12.95 & Creamy mushroom pasta for my boy for SGD 13.95. I feel the price a bit pricey if there is no promo.

The playground next to the cafe makes this outlet a popular choice amongst parents with young kids.

For the same reason, we decided to have an early dinner as there was a child in our party.

We ordered Truffles Fries (7.5/10), Hawaiian Pizza (8/10), Vongole, Spicy (7.5/10), Gamberetti (7.5/10) and a kid's meal (8/10).

Generally, the food is pretty decent. However, one particular male service staff was abrupt and most unhelpful. The table we were seated could not accommodate our orders when being served. Instead of suggesting to move us to a bigger table (there were plenty of empty tables) , he was impatient and sulked when we asked if we could move the empty table next to us for more space. He was absolutely reluctant and offered minimal assistance.

The rest of the service staff were friendly and prompt. Overall, this cafe will not be a priority given the wide variety of food available in Great World City.
