while there is a ball pit that states that it is only for children below 3 years. maid comes in with a five year old playing in the pit. she doesn't watch the kid (busy playing handphone) and insisted not the move the kid to the older children's area as the kid 'only likes this area'. informed staff and they were quick to act on the matter. truly grateful.

We went there on Children’s Day with two kids. There were supposed to be special carnival events as they only sold one type of ticket at 45 dollars. However, face painting ended at 11am and ballon sculpting ended at 12pm. Long queue with only one staff managing us. Not worth it at all.

It was our first time there. Not fun, my 10 year old got bored after 30 minutes. 7 year old got bored after 1 hour. Dirty, saw a few pieces of tissue around, no staff to guide that long high slide too.
Not worth $45 for 2.5 hours of play in there/

Save your money and don’t visit this dump.

Firstly, the area is really small and secondly despite what the website says, it’s dirty and the equipment is very tired and old. See photos.

Staff are disinterested and just play on their phones. I went with my 11 month old and there were much older kids in the toddler area and staff did nothing about it.

What an utter waste of money. There are much better places out there. I cannot believe people pay money for this place.

Went on a weekday afternoon, crowded as there was a private party going on. Comparatively more expensive than some other indoor playgrounds but playtime is longer. Check out discounts on some platforms like Klook to save a few bucks. There are play areas suitable for 2-3 year olds too. The tall slide is the highlight and pretty fun. We spent about 2.5-3 hours. The kids had fun.

Overall awful experience at Amazonia , visited on 5 June with the intention to utilize my KKday tickets $38.90 which I purchase prior to my visit and when I reached I had told the front desk staff on my KKDAY tickets when he had acknowledged and guide me and my 2 sons gain entry however I was charged $81.80 ( standard rate ticket for 2 kids ) at check out time when I left ,I had purchased food at their in-house cafe which I had tap and paid via credit card but the staff charged me more than I spend without informing me of the amount and didn’t gave me a receipt at all I didn’t sense anything fishy until 3 weeks later when I received my credit card bill . Very shady of Amazonia to train their staffs not to inform customer how much their bill is before paying which happen in my case . It’s no different from credit card scam which I will report to my credit card provider .

This establishment leaves much to be desired. The playground, despite its high cost, falls short of expectations, and the personnel exhibit a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. The staff members, rather lazily, employ a whistle, reminiscent of a soccer referee, which not only fails to enhance the overall experience but also produces an irritating and grating sound that detracts from the enjoyment of the space. Considering these aspects, it might be worthwhile to explore alternative recreational options in the community that offer a more satisfying and pleasant environment.
