Great vibe with water view but bad service. Have to repetitively asked for a few things like water, cup, napkins, etc. The waiter also forgot our request a few times and had to ask again. Burger taste ok but overall, not a memorable place
I was not expecting much tbh just a tasty burger (in the past we ate at another branch and i remember i did not leave with the feeling of wow).
We got mozzarella sticks, those were delicious and tasty.5/5
Then we got “juicy burger” and “triple mushroom burger”.
They did not ask how we want our meat to be cooked, what i thought is ok probably they r pro they know all how should be.
When the burgers came they seemed rather small, at least the juicy one. The bread was almost on the dry side, what i find not pleasant in a burger..
The rest was average.
The service was also forgettable, we asked our coke with no ice, it came with it etc.
Also one point i could not get my head around is that they serve the drinks in plastic cups… I mean at least give me a glass cup so i feel like the money i am paying for this whole “experience “ is worth it… not some plastic cup like i am drinking in some summer festival… also on side note i find it such non eco-friendly with a lot of plastic waste.
Honestly the price is not reflecting the quality and the service.

I heard a lot about it but just visited in August 2023. I would have given the experience 5 stars rating however the waiter was extremely rude and not supportive to our queries. The food was delicious but expensive. I would pay this amount again if the waiters are welcoming not like how they act at the moment.
Finally decided to try one of Salt Bae’s restaurants. We ordered only burgers which were reasonably priced unlike the steaks which were pure extortion. Burgers are decent; juicy patty, albeit slightly undercooked (literally raw in some areas thankfully we are not squirmish), topped with cheese and onions. Not over the top with condiments, just the way we like it. Chips are handcut and good. Overall a decent burger experience but once is probably enough.
Steak sandwich with onions and cheese was lovely with great flavour. Wasnt impressed by some of the staff.. cold, aloof, pretentious and rude. Great food, let down by not so great staff.

The atmosphere was a bit noisy, and the choice in music could be changed. In addition, we weren’t asked if we wanted inside or outside seating (we prefer a non smoking area) and were placed outside.

The host was very supportive. They have a big queue but because everyone love to try it. The milk shake looks very nice, but the portion of milk shakes very little, and most of it is cream and the cake on top!!!. We ordered juicy burger 🍔, mushroom burger, salt bae burger and Saslik steak all was ok ++ but the best was ( Luqam steak) amazing and tasty specially medium well .
