Truly one of thee best places in the world. After living in Asia, I was looking for authentic bodywork and I found that and more at Barefoot Hands. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best therapeutic bodywork! Thank you to ADAM for the outstanding bodywork.

Amazing massage. Scheduled a couple’s massage. My husband backed out, but the staff was very accommodating. They let him use the red light and he just relaxed while I got mine.

That’s the word I would use for the service I received today. Kirsten was amazing very knowledgeable and helped nearly solve my problem. I was experiencing a stiff neck that prevented my chin from touching my chest without sharp pain. She ensured the tension in my back and chest dissipated and in the process allowed me to regain 90% my range of motion! It was spectacular!

SERENITY…As you enter this place you right away feel a sense of calmness. I feel I am in one with nature. The space was cozy and comfortable. Such a beautiful place! The massage was exception… the best in Madison for me!!!

I recently booked a customized massage that included Ashiatsu technique, with Sarah. At first I was hesitant to have a massage by feet but decided to try it anyways. It was AMAZING and by far the best massage I have ever had!! Sarah was very attentive, listened to my concerns and continued to assess my comfort. A few days later, I received a chiropractor adjustment and even she was able to see the difference within my muscles! I will definitely be returning and recommending her to my friends and family.
