💫The BEST Escape Room Experience Ever!💫

We were lucky enough to be the first group of the season!!! The hosts were SUPER accommodating, communicative, and engaging. They checked on our ETA, started at our pace, and gave us as much time as needed. I love the way the time is blocked out.

Disclaimers:

1. They scared the CRAP out of us, lol!!! [Mostly me 🤣🤣🤣] So don't go in unless you know you can hang. You can tell everyone here LOVES what they do. 💯

2. DO NOT bring anything extra in there, lol.
It gets crazy lol! [We misplaced a phone for a good min in the house... among other things, lol! S/o to the hosts for being courteous in helping us search and find all our things 🥰]

3. You can bring extra members but be prepared to Cash App or have Cash on hand. [The hosts are super flexible]

4. Be prepared to move/run ALOT, lol. It is multisensory, so it gets crazy and can get hot, lol. 🤣🤣🤞🏽

It's definitely an exciting time! ☺️

I love that this is a local black owned business! It's definitely a family-friendly environment!!! The fam will be returning ASAP!!! I might not. I was genuinely scared, lol 😅😅😅

I had such a wonderful time at a haunting in hollis. I got my tickets in advanced and when i arrived, the line was super long. I was able to easily upgrade my tickets to vip for 10$ and skip the long line. The staff were all friendly and made me feel welcomed. I really enjoyed this experience. I love scary stuff, so this was perfect. I met one of the lovely owners, and she took the time to explain how the business got started and welcomed me back anytime. 5stars!!!!!!!!

I just went with my daughter and we had a great time! It's so much fun being in a giant maze and the scenes are awesome. The acting is great and the staff seems nice. The house is huge and they have these nice spiral staircases. They even had a ghost projected that was pretty cool. We had gone last year and loved it as well. We traveled about 2 hours, from Yonkers, and We will definitely be coming back every year! Definitely had a great time.

This year was my first time attending a haunting in Hollis and it was awesome!!!! I had such a great time and my friends loved it as well. We loved how spooky the house was it was amazing!!! We loved the actors they did not break character and had us scared the whole time!! I have told so many of my friends and family members to check it out!! I most definitely recommend going to the haunting in Hollis it’s an experience you don’t want to miss and you will have a great time!! :) thank you A haunting in Hollis for giving us a great experience :)

We traveled 1,5 hours and feels like it’s not worth it.
We liked the decorations outside it was something interesting!
But inside was so dark and the flashlight was so low we even came back and ask stuff if it’s working good, cuz from the very beginning we literally couldn’t see anything!
Half of the house was completely dark and even the stairs. So unsafe (and in a waiver they ask you to sign that if you break your legs or something… Now I understand why!)

Most of the time we were just walking and no actors. It was around 8 actors, who just appear in front of you or from your back doing sounds.

I wish it’s a bit more secure and more light in a places where you can fall and hurt yourself or guidance with light.

The customer service and stuff outside were really good though!

This haunted house was definitely one of the worst haunted houses I have ever been to. I don’t know how come this place has so many 5 stars reviews which is why I wanted to try this place out but I really do not think their ticket should be more than $20. The house is small (which was expected) but also it was not scary at all. And they can make some changes to make this house slightly better like setting some rules like don’t take your phones out or use flashlight inside or scream like a maniac and ruin others fun. I mean unlike any other haunted house they just letting everyone go inside all together the line was already so long and then on top of that being inside with so many people screaming with flash lights making jokes just wasn’t fun at all rather gave me a headache. I also want to point some other things out. They have really small stairs my friend was kinda big and it was really hard to get through and I also seen another girl struggling and there is a small slide in there which was also so necessary and there was a part where people have to crouch to get in I think everyone in there hit their head pretty bad in there. Like I said I will say it again this haunted house wasn’t what I expected and it’s definitely not worth more than $20 if you spending around $50 might as well go to another and better place. Mark my word you will regret wasting that money. Like it was just not scary at all very disappointed.

I love scary stuff and Halloween. This place was definitely scary because it is blacked out. Let’s your imagination get the best of you. With that said, we were not given flashlights and the only reason we knew we were supposed to have some was because one of the workers asked for them at the end. I used my phone, otherwise I definitely would have been lost or injured. The slide at the end was broken and we were told to go down some makeshift steps at the end. That was kind of a bummer cause I was looking forward to the slide. Actors were awesome and love the set up where some could hide above you. All in all, I loved it cause it did scare me. I have a bad leg and was able to get through it but you will have to take your time. I recommended it to my family members who like me, love the thrills. You will sign a waiver before you enter in case you do get injured, that will be on you.

for real the best haunted house I’ve ever been too… wasn’t expecting it to be as well done as it was. completely immersive so scary and fun. Nothing corny about it or commercial. We’re going back before the season is over . Highly recommend!!!
