CJ Century IPOH

Very ....Very Poor service, no one answer the phone.
I want courier service, they provided normal post service ..
they takes 3 to 4 days to delivery.

Item delivered 1st Mei, till today 4th June still didnt receive, more than one month.. contact HQ and Hub no one answered, try to email till now didnt reply.. very poor services.

My parcel already arrived at ipoh hub on 9/5. Did not delivered until today, 17/5. Call never pickup. Last time (my first time) my parcel safely arrived within time expected, but not this time. Disappoint with the services 👎

CJ Century did not even come to deliver the goods then sent messages saying we missed the delivery!
Then called a dozen times over few days at different times, but no one picked up!
Horrible

This courier service sucks.... Never pick up call... Item already arrived at the hub but never deliver I don't know why..... At least please pick up the call so we can arrange for self pick up... Second time experience this kind of matter with this courier service...

If I can, I wanna rate no star. Never reach to the door but update CUSTOMER ABSENCE. I tried to call to the office, no one pick up. After I check on their comments then only I realise their service are lousy. And lots of customers facing the same problem as I.... BAD

My goods is urgent to use but I can't wait for the cj to deliver to my places,I contact cj in kl ,the customer service is very kind and helpful. He helps me to inform Ipoh branch that I will self collect by tomorrow and Ipoh branch give me a call in mornings to inform that the goods already reach ipoh. They also very helpful and responsible helps me carry 8 heavy packs in to my car. So that's my things can pass to my customer on time 🙏I feel greatful to all the staff in cj 💪you all did a good job👍
