CJ Logistics Express BERCHAM

Has been waiting for a day, finally received (customer absence) in tracking system.. call customer service not answer call.. check map wrong location.. pin point wrong. Finally check address is correct, just a Google maps not updated yet.. by the way guy, you all can Google map find (White Crane Aqua Tech Premier Aqua) at Lbh Perusahaan Kelebang 8, just opposite the road , No.6, is that CJ Logistics..... Hope to help you guys to find our there.. please, your company need to follow up this case..

The courier man have a bad manner. Don't know how to speak to customer... Really disappointed..

I'm actually disappointed with this courier but because I feel pity for the delivery man I give 5 stars.

I didn't get the call or saw one of them to hand me my parcel, then they just say that I'm absent to collect my parcel, don't they have our contact details on the parcel, they can call us to inform us that they are reaching but no, they didn't do anything but just say that I'm absent!!!

Seems like the address is not updated. I've been there but the office is nowhere to be seen

It say it was being delivered since 12 noon and yet I havent recieve my parcel at 4.30 pm
