Sushi Tei

I guess service have gone from bad to worst. Staff are hardly notice guest need help. We had on a few instances not only put up our hand but ended calling out for staff to seek help or assistance. Too busy or act BUSY. On the way out I took out the receipt placed on our table and went to the cashier. Sad the system is bad that we need to wait a while the customer inftont of us sorting out her payment. That actually lead to a long queue firming up with the customer behind me getting impatient. After its our turn, the cashier ran off to verify what we had consume is exactly stated in the bill. (Do you think we are Free loader and scammers) Not worth, this pissed me off and when I presented my card for payment he insiated that I keyed in my PIN Number. I told him I do jot use a pin as this is not a local card. Instead of liatening he insisted I key in. WHAT A JOKE. it was only when the receipt churned out then he stop pestering me to key in. SUSHI TEI TSM, This is a clear insult to me and you don't even know your work flow. This will be my LAST Visit . Definitely NOT COMING BACK!

One of the best sushi I ever tried. There is always some waiting time but not much maybe 10-15 mins. The price is okay considering it's sushi and is in TSM but definitely worth it. Highly recommended!!!

The food is very tasty and delicious.. The atmosphere of place is cozy.. always busy so be patient for the waiting list about 15 minutes.. the portion is good enough with the price..

Waiting list as always, a lil bit crowded and the waiter not friendly. I think for place like this they must provide better service.
The taste is ok, unique plating and well presented. Sahimi was ok and fresh

During the PPKM, the situation at the restaurant was a lil bit different. We were allowed to stay in our table for 20 minutes after the last order has been served to the table. Anyway, the food was good and it’s definitely worth it if you have mega credit card since you could get 50% discount for the selected items. Besides, the salmon belly miso soup has been my fave, that’s a very great comfort food! 😛

got to reduce one star, second visit, not so good experience.. one order took ages to come.. and the restaurant has time limit.. how do you expect people to eat fast if the food takes a long time to be served.. quite unforgivable..

super service, good food, but unfortunately wobbly table.. so it was a bit of a balancing act when we ate.. got a surprise birthday sushi though.. with a candle.. once again: excellent staff tachi.. ありがとう。。おいしいかった。。おつかれさまでした
