Starbucks always surprises me with its new flavors in drinks. The service was very friendly. There were so many people that there was nowhere to sit and enjoy the drinks

Thanks for the free cup of hot water and for letting me sit and make my instant coffee, which happened to be from my favorite company.....Starbucks :-) I got a lot of work done that morning, thanks to you. Bless you all!

Dieses Starbucks Café ist relativ mager eingerichtet. Die Bestuhlung könnte zahlreicher sein und teilweise auch erneuert werden, weil die jetzigen Stühle nicht unbedingt die neuesten sind.
Vom Angebot her kann man hier nichts falsch machen. Die Frühstücks Sandwiches und Heißgetränke haben gut geschmeckt.

Bad experience!

Someone used your restroom without paying your drinks, we travel and carry with one baby and bought two cups of your expensive coffee, still be kicked out in the line of people waiting for restroom with one guy said “6PM must exit “

Nasty, unprofessional attitude of the staff is beyond words. On average my drink is $8, i don’t think it is obnoxious of me to have an expectation of being treated like a human being rather than a dog. The derision, hatefulness of the person behind the register was palpable, do better Starbucks.

“Generous 1 star” Handy location just beside the Brooklyn Bridge, but lack of attention or pride from the staff disappointing. Napkins, sugar and stirrers all out of stock, tables needing a wipe, bathrooms were in a dire state with zero interest from any of the staff to clean them when it was brought to their attention. “Awful ” sums it up.

We went into Starbucks 20 minutes before closing and my dad tried to pick up and use one of the chairs that was already on the table and “SILEY” insisted that once the chair is on the table one should not use it and so he rudely made my dad get up and put it back on the table. Secondly, three minutes before closing he was already kicking people out rushing them into and out of the the bathroom and rushing them out of the seats because they were closing to the point that he was pushing people out of the door at Starbucks. We said we are waiting for someone and he again rudely said we should wait outside. It was not just us it was everybody there that he was physically kicking up even pushing a man out of the door, and at some point we told him that we were missing one of our orders, and he insisted on closing the door on us, and I had to yell through the door to tell them that we paid for a drink but did not get it yet. At that point I told him he’s being disrespectful and my brother had to talk to him and told him that he should not let a bad day at work be projected onto his customers and he just kept nudging it off, and it escalated to the point that I told him I will report him and he knew that I was taking a picture of him and a video of him as proof of who he was, and he even had the audacity to dance while brooming inside of Starbucks to mock me taking a video of him. Minutes later as we were crossing the street outside he was even waving his hand at us, trying to make fun of us, and he even came out of Starbucks to the front door once we were already on the street to repeatedly curse us out, and that was when my brother came up to him and confronted him for cursing and being disrespectful. At that moment, a police car happened to pull up to the red light and that is when I reported not feeling safe when that guy was out on the street where such a verbal altercation can turn physical any moment. I was told by the police to report this to Starbucks, and I definitely will be and will see to this matter.
