Very happy with my visit at this location.
I usually order the vanilla cream cold brew with ice and shaken and always am told it doesn't come with ice and I'm given the ice separately. Today they did exactly what I asked for at this location.

A can’t go wrong choice for Italien dining. Love the mural indoor it’s a Italien map with engraved food in each corresponding region
The only coffee place I found with Ethiopean beans (for those who prefer it over Brazil) nice place and good coffee (Oat milk) ☕️
I have been at this place several times and had both espresso and capuccino (with regular and oat milk). The coffee and milk was consistently good all times. Recommended!
Small to medium sized diner on the corner, right by the subway. Fairly empty at 1PM, so we were seated right away. Good service. Coffee hot and delicious. Eggs up were okay, as was my wife’s breakfast sandwich. Our milk and sugar scraps were picked up right away, and our coffee cups refilled just as quickly. Tiny, old bathrooms. But the diner was just what we were looking for on a rainy day after a doctor visit; good service, good food, and a place to relax without being rushed. Plus, the bill was remarkably inexpensive for these days.

My husband and I had an amazing meal here. The food was really delicious. The whole night was made extra special by our server Nicole (Nicky ) She was very attentive with our being overbearing. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.

The most beautiful Starbucks in NYC probably! 1971 street lamps inside and beautiful little tables, retro stalls with coffee backgrounds and marble tables with charging spots. A long table to sit at by the front window. Unfortunately the NFC charging spots at our table weren't working. Friendly and professional cashier who waited for me to have change by my partner as they didn't have it for a 100$ bill and offered me a warm blueberry muffin just right out of the oven. Clean unisex toilette without need of mandatory purchases (which we did anyway after!). The atmosphere is very old fashioned with a modern beat, loved it overall.

Stumbled upon this cute coffee shop on my walk and was immediately welcomed by friendly staff and the aroma of fresh espresso. I ordered a dirty chai to-go but was suggested to dine-in and drink it fresh. I’m glad I took heed. My bev was very tasty and the cute latte art was the cherry on top. 10/10 will come back.
An incredibly sweet cafe on the Lower East side. If you sit there they serve it in ceramic glasses. No need to talk about the quality of the coffee. Definitely add it to your list 😊
Grabbed an iced coffee to go and empanadas. The concept is nice, the place has a good atmosphere, and I did have a fun surprise with their IV iced coffee - had never seen that before. Overall too expensive for the quality of either the coffee / empanadas I've had though. There was also no vegetarian options for the empanadas - at that time at least.
Delicious coffee and food. It's so wonderful to come to an independent place like this, I would definitely recommend it. Service super friendly. Love that we always get latte art. Makes the morning coffee feel extra special!

small East Village coffee shop slinging brewed caffeine and a menu of small baked bites. needed some summer heat relief last week— ordered an iced Americano for some quick cold energy over ice. hit the spot and got my day moving in the right direction. small cozy interior with some seating as well as seating outside in a shed. service was quick and friendly. worth a stop by if you need break from the din of the city. respect the Llama!
Stayed at an Airbnb nearby for the weekend and walked to this place every morning. Great coffee and staff. Highly recommended!
Cute coffee shop with unique flavored coffees, a little pricey but worth trying out! Outdoor seating was great for people watching. Staff are also super friendly and more than happy to explain their different coffee flavors to you!
I had a really good dining experience at this establishment. I went in with a friend and it was our first time there. Our serve Nicole was phenomenal. She took the time to explain the menu and the concept of the restaurant to us. She was very attentive and really made sure our dining experience was phenomenal. The food was really delicious as well, we had the fried artichokes which were super delicious. And the fusilli pesto which was also very good. Overall, great food and great service. I would literally just come back to have Nicole as a server again her energy and attentiveness were top notch.
Let me tell you this is a little hidden gem. The food was amazing everything was perfect and so delicious. Nicole is an amazing waitress. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and was just so kind to us. We would definitely return, but only if we sit in her section again.
The lasagna I had was truly good and very different from the industrially produced ones you buy at retailers. Great interior and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

I’m addicted to 787 Coffee especially the whiskey and rum infused espresso shots. I also really like the atmosphere and the service. It’s very comfortable and relaxing. I also like that it’s definitely got an “anti corporate” vibe that’s so different than the other mainstream coffee places. I have been to a couple of the 787 Coffee locations and especially like the Pearl Street one. It’s also a great place if you’re looking to do some work, read a few Chapters of a book, or have interesting conversations. I’ve been spending a lot of time this year in NYC this year (I live in Connecticut-Go UConn Huskies!) and I must say 787 is the best place I’ve experienced for not only espresso but for some unique snacks and also the vibe. Please check out 787 Coffee since there are several locations. If you love espresso and like a good place to chill, this certainly meets the requirements!
Put in a simple mobile order 30 mins before arriving and the barista had no idea when my drink would be ready. I had to leave and abandon my order or be late to work.
Another great Stumptown location, I’m a big fan of their coffee anywhere. This particular spot is conveniently located near Madison Square Park off Broadway. The shop has some space inside to sit along the window but is mostly a grab and go location.
The line wasn’t too bad and I got my drip coffee quickly. The prices here to me are very reasonable and the sizes great.

Paola and her staff are amazing, had the rum infused Latte. It was Delicious!! Great for doing some work; or hanging out in the outdoor seating area. Can’t go wrong sitting on the swings by the window area either. Beautiful cozy place and service !
Very long wait time for a simple Cappuccino. Expensive and didn’t taste well.
Nice little coffee shop, with just plain good coffee. Nothing fancy with quick service. The ham & cheese croissant was nicely warmed up and very flaky. Ham was a bit on the salty side but it's ham.
This is the cutest little coffee shop and their coffee is amazing! We came here three days straight during our NYC trip and loved it so much. Would highly recommend the hazlenut latte. Oh and they do amazing latte art and the staff is very friendly too!

Great coffee shop. Robert is an amazing barrista. I highly recommend this coffee shop! The beans are medium roast and not burnt giving them a lot more flavor.
If I could give no stars, I would. The place is dirty and there are workers sleeping inside. Some with no shoes on and dirty feet. And there are workers sitting outside drinking. Terrible. How do they do business?
I love this place! I live super close so it’s become my goto coffee shop/breakfast place. They have a huge menu (coffee, smoothies, sandwiches/bagels, baked goods, oatmeal, fridge with juices and drinks) at about the same price as you would expect at a Starbucks. This place is also clearly independently owned which always feels better than spending money at a giant chain. I recommend the lox bagel (one of the cheapest I’ve found in NYC), the BEC, and the blueberry scone. All super yummy.

Great service and food, but it’s just insane how low the temperature for the AC is set. It’s ecologically unsustainable, unhealthy and just overall unnecessary to have near-polar air induce your customers with actual headaches. Hope this is read as constructive feedback.

I was traveling during summer to NYC, Niagara Falls, and Quebec Canada. While touring NYC, I was craving my daily coffee, and decided to stop by Starbucks specially this location, I’m disappointed of their service and availability of restroom for their customer, the excuse given is BS and also there were a safety issue by not having the back door open or unlocked with it’s not in compliance by the fire department authority. Adding to that, I want Starbucks to reimburse my money. So reach me please

The cute girl, with an oddly rough exterior, who never left her hometown runs a coffee shop. Enter a world wide country music star, as he is passing through between stops on his tour. With a skin tight black shirt and a frayed baseball cap he says "One Lovely Lavender Latte please...ooo I like the alliteration on that" They share a burst of laughter and a short conversation, and she asks him what brings him to Jonesborough. He awkwardly stumbles so as to not give away his fame, as he has been DYING to meet a girl who loves him for him and not his occupation.
"Just uh... passing through... headin to Nashville." She, of course, doesn't recognize him, but her whole staff is starring.
After she hands him the Latte, their eyes meet for about a half second too long. You guys know the kind of sexual tension I'm talking about. All it takes is 0.5 seconds. They both snap out of it, but in turning around too quickly, he trips over a table and hits his head on a chair. She rushes to get a pack of ice and puts it on the bruising forehead...
But yeah my cold brew was great and my big bro gave his latte a 8/10! Big bro rarely gives anything over a 7.75! A great place to come for a quick coffee and potentially have a meet-cute (eye emoji).

The service and coffee here is really good. It’s well balanced (the sweetness and the coffee flavor). I got the iced Dulce de Leche with breve ($8.98) and Diego made the drink, and it was delicious. Coffee here is grown and imported from Puetro Rico, and they have the option to use infused beans (infused with vanilla or whiskey). I got the regular beans and it was great. Pricey, but would recommend.
I like this location of Starbucks more than any other in New York City. The coffee is good, of course, but the snacks are even better. I like their donuts, scones and even pizza that they serve occasionally. The tall coffee is actually their version of "small". It is not very small, perfect for an adult. You can also give your phone number and they will text you when your order is ready. Coffee is available on demand and it is unlimited. Cappuccino is made to order. Goat milk is an option but not lactose free Goat milk.
I was downtown near the seaport on a rainy weekend and was craving some delicious coffee in a cozy and quiet spot. I’m a very basic coffee drinker so ordered a cranberry scone and a regular drip coffee, whatever the house blend was. The coffee was served in a lovely stone mug. It was very satisfying. I also loved the funny and quirky decor and shirts, hats, flavored coffees for sale.

They are very disorganized and chaotic at this location. Employees just standing there not taking orders and saying that they have a 10 min wait. When they did take the order the cashier advised us it would take 15 minutes to be ready and we were like OK no worries. Then the barista made them in 2 minutes. Get it together!!! Drink also had too much ice.
I've been coming to this place for over 20 years. It's still as solid and reliable as ever. Fast food, fast service, and always good stuff. I don't think I've ever been disappointed when I've left here. The staff is always friendly and they will get you in and out.

Nice dinner. Very busy. Food was okay. Regular dinner food. No complaints but also nothing to rave about. I had eggs with bacon and French toast. Service was quick considering how busy they were, so that was good. They accommodated our big group with out any issues. we just sat separated because of the lay out but it was fine. Prices were not that bad given the location.
I ordered cappuccino/oat milk. It was not special but not bad. Little bit strong. That’s good for morning. They has few tables and chairs inside and outside. You can stay relaxed but I think no wifi.

Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for small batch roasted coffee that is perfectly extracted. They even have 6oz as an option which was a godsend for someone who’s used to smaller coffees! Highly recommend a stop if you’re a quality coffee fanatic
We walked in for the new white chocolate and macadamia nut cold brew, which they ran out of, so had the caramel frappuccino.
What we notice was the queue for the customer toilets, non customers were just walking in use the toilets and walk out.

Great coffee. It’s small and a bit tough to get around when there are a lot of people. They have coffee beans/grounds in addition to normal coffee items. There’s a few places to stand, not much seating. It was decently quick service.
I was just visiting the city for a day and one of the locals suggested this coffee shop. I have to say it was and awesome experience. The employees are friendly, helpful and really know their stuff. The lattes that we received were on point and amazing. I can’t forget to mention the atmosphere/character of the shop is fun and such a great place to be at. I only regret not being able to spend more time to just sit and relax.

It's a small piece of Portland in New York! I love stumptown - the coffee and the vibe are spectacular. The addition of merch and specially items are always a plus! Can't recommend enough.

Small elegant space. The wait for 2 people around 7pm was short. Food was delicious, and the staff was very kind.

Good lavender latte. Very limited seating, and can’t bring your laptop on the weekends. (Understandable) about $7 for most larger drinks. Small selection of pastries and an outdoor seating.

Staff weren't that friendly. All the drinks were made with speed without any love. The coffee that I ordered tasted bad. The more I think about it, the more I would say that Starbucks is here to make money, not coffee.
Two times in a row they mark the order as delivered. Nothing there. Then 30 - 50 a call center calls me to ask me if I want the order and that the driver is coming soon. Unbelievable. Nothing gets through to them when you talk to the call center. They don't understand, never admit they did anything wrong. Absurd service.
Perfect spot for after ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty in a very cold afternoon. It was quite busy and they had run out of everything we wanted to order so we ordered tea and 3 bagels. We got 2 teas and 3 cream cheeses with each bagel 😀. Luckily we got extras instead of missing. Another funny thing was we had given our name as “Aman”but they had noted it down as “Amam” and were calling us “Adam”…we had a fun break there. Most likely they are understaffed like most places so we had to clean our own table and make space to sit inside.
I recently ordered from GoPuff through Grubhub and I have to say, it was a complete disaster. My order was over an hour late and when I finally received it, I discovered that some items were missing. Upon contacting customer service, I was told that they couldn't do anything to rectify the situation and I was left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that some delivery drivers have been known to steal items from customers' orders. This is completely unacceptable and it speaks to the lack of professionalism and ethics within this establishment.
In addition to the terrible delivery service and potential theft, I also found that the overall experience with GoPuff was lacking. The ordering process was confusing and it was difficult to navigate the website. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, which left me feeling like my concerns were not being taken seriously.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone against ordering from GoPuff through Grubhub or Seamless. To make matters worse, I later discovered that some delivery drivers have been known to steal items from customers' orders. This is completely unacceptable and it speaks to the lack of professionalism and ethics within this establishment.
In addition to the terrible delivery service and potential theft, I also found that the overall experience with GoPuff was lacking. The ordering process was confusing and it was difficult to navigate the website. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, which left me feeling like my concerns were not being taken seriously.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone against ordering from GoPuff through Grubhub or Seamless. There are plenty of other options out there for delivery services that are reliable, professional, and trustworthy. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and choose a different establishment.
Great breakfast, good quality food but a little overpriced. Still, I will go back for sure. Great service.

I stumbled upon this incredible spot a few months ago and now I go as often as I can. They make a reliably strong, well-poured, and flavorful latte. The friendliness of employees can be hit or miss but today they were wonderful! The only cons: no bathroom and no wifi. I love you guys!
I was excited to go here since I do at times purchase Stumptown coffee from safeway grocery store in various states.. I actually did not know they had actual coffee shops in NYC.. the coffee was, as expected, very good but the service was at best mediocre. The person at the front, though was pleasant, she was busy conversing with her colleague and more preoccupied with it than customer service. Small store but overall clean and nice.
The dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. Not a single person working there cares about clients or cleanliness. Just look at where the soap is for washing hands....in a Starbucks coffee cup that everyone has touched. If it's soap at all!!! The place is disgusting. Coffee is also average. Avoid.
Great stop. Small as in lost NYC cafes, but I was able to get a spot outside. The oatmilk cappuccino was very good! The pistachio scone was tasty, but a bit dry to my taste. Friendly barista.

I am a true coffee fan of these type of (independent) places all around the world where coffee making is grafted like an art. And a spend $15-25 a day on take-a-way coffees on average. Based on the positive reviews I went here, bit disappointing. I was one of the first customers early in the morning, service was just not friendly. Two girls that really dont care and not friendly to anyone. Coffee was ok, but not great and made totally rushed although not busy. The €4 pain croissant tasted like it was old. I rather go to places like Kobrick & Co down Meatpacking.
I always have to remind them of my add ons that I paid extra for! They see the drink name when the order comes in and make it the standard way and never look at what’s CLEARLY on the cup that I asked for. That’s extremely annoying because if you don’t check before leaving they will get your drink order wrong.

In love with this gem! Every single thing about this place is 10/10. The furniture/decor/vibe is immaculate. Staff members are polite, friendly and helpful. Drip coffee had a deep, strong taste that I like. The coquito was handcrafted with espresso and had a nice, milky cinnamon flavor.
Five stars for the excellent staff! They were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food was meh, nothing to write home about! I would go back and try something different, maybe a breakfast entree.
$66 order never delivered after nearly two hours. Called Gopuff and got some guy in a foreign call center who kept promising me it was ‘still coming’ even though the app showed that they were closed and not taking orders anymore for the day. Had to make a second call and go through the app’s customer service to get a refund because the Gopuff guy said he couldn’t help me except to tell me to keep waiting for the food to magically show up. He said because I ordered fresh food aka chicken wings, along with some regular grocery items, this is why it was taking so long. As if two hours was a normal timeframe to be at and still not have it delivered.
Wow! Seen these roasters in some of my favorite coffee shops and even making blends for other shops I enjoy. But didn’t know they had their own and own storefront right here in Manhattan! The ambiance is cool with old NY diner vibes. The coffee was delicious 😋 ☕️ really had a nice cup when I went. They won’t do pour over for darker roasts which was a bummer but the service was great. Friendly, attentive and kind. Definitely stop in here for your next cup and enjoy some of the best coffee around!
Not easy to find good methods of brewing coffee in NYC. The Pour Over here is amazing. They also have Chemex. Awesome!
Hot coffee and, hot chocolate with warm chocolate brownies, what better way to warm up on a cold NYC day. However this locations toilet was not open.
Stumbled upon this adorable coffee spot in the neighborhood and I'm so glad! I loved the non-pretentious vibes. They have some seating inside and along the storefront outside which is perfectly south-facing on a sunny winter day.
The coffee was perfect! For the coffee nerds: they serve Devoción coffee which is freshly roasted in Brooklyn and the beans are never more than a couple of days old (unlike many places that serve stumptown, its not bad but still).

I have tried three times to order or purchase items here and they never have basics. No i dont need a $6 pizza delivered to me for $15 in delivery fees. This is warehouse and should mot be allowed in residential neighborhood.

Avoid this location at all costs. My nitro brew pour was at most 70% of the cup. Staff is too busy socializing behind the counter to properly pour the coffee. Starbucks customer service said to utilize the ‘barista promise’. The whole point of ordering online is because you don’t have time to go back.
Exactly what you want and expect from a NY diner. Very relaxed and chill, a huge menu and everything exactly as you expect. It’s right next to the subway station so it’s super convenient to get to, right by all the large shops on 6th (container store, Michaels, tj maxx, bb&b, etc) so you can fuel up here before or after you shop. The Reuben was the best one I’ve had in the city so far— the corned beef melts in your mouth and the bread was perfectly toasted. AND served with a huge side of Russian dressing so you can indulge. The burger was also good and juicy and cooked perfectly as ordered. The fries were good and the only thing that could have made them better was if they were crinkle cut!! :) All in all great diner and can’t wait to go back.
Me and a friend went last night to celebrate a friend who lost his life 2 years ago. We sat at the bar which is very small having only 3 seats but, I loved it and preferred it over the regular seats that are pretty close. They have outdoor sitting as well.

I had the Caesar salad which was very good and since I love tomatoes I asked them to add them and I loved how big and beautiful they were. My friend had the watermelon salad that I tasted and loved too and so did she.
I ordered the lasagna and she had the spaghetti with clams. Both were good and I’m about to eat leftovers now.
We didn’t have dessert but, I ordered the prosciutto with fresh mozzarella and omg it was amazing! I only wish I had crackers to eat it on.
The staff was amazing and they all checked on us to make sure we were okay and enjoying everything and I wish I remembered every name but, there’s a guy that works at the bar who is a real hoot and truly entertaining! 😁
I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others and will be visiting again myself.

I’ve ordered grocery deliveries from them and they have been great! But the highlight is their brown sugar latte with oatly. It’s the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had!!! I feel like I cannot go back!
Starbucks really need to provide good service to customers . this location has broken toilet . my aunt was physically challenged and cannot use the restroom and also all the electrical outlets are broken . in an emergency no one charge their phone or use laptops .. you guys charge premium price . what a bad service you provide to customers . the cones are on all day
Was in NYC and was look for a good breakfast and I truly found it. The service was friendly and fast. The food came out hot and fresh. They serve the big link sausages, made the potatoes the way I like it. I had a veggie omelette and added cheddar cheese. It is much better than Johnny’s! So if your in the neighborhood and hungry for a good breakfast stop by Hollywood diner Angie a great meal!
Senior manger is a disgrace for her own very polite and customer friendly staff. After spending 30 dollars on a couple of coffees, my 80 years old father was forced off his chair with the words ‘you cannot sit here’ and ‘move’. No consideration, no further lookout for alternatives. The chair was associated with a poorly placed table next to the handout but was not in the way of anything or anyone (which was noted also by the serving staff saying nothing). Must be hard finding folks when employing people disrespectful to the elderly. We just left, not coming back. Thanks for the word.

Your Gopuff driver app sucks. When get notification and press available screen turn grey. Hours don’t pop up at all and when when dropping every Thursday app move slow and the shift you pick up are just rotating and not being pick up. Several drivers complained about this too and nothing have been done. What was the point of the recent update? Cause it even more worst then before.
Super nice small coffee shop. Had the best espresso of NYC here. (Pictured js my girlfirends oat latte which also was very nice) So had to go back a second time before we left.
Very Nice staff, but the Manager it was so rude. Also service takes for ever to comes and they serve and no call the name of the person. Cold coffee get water and hot coffee get cold.
