Five Guys

The hamburger Extremely greasy and the fries were very salty, I had to wipe them off with a napkin. The threw a lot of fries in the bag very nasty. The tomatoes were very sour and the lettuce saggy. I had to remove them from the burger. The place was full of people but many were just talking and there was a long line waiting for food and a seat. I understand that the place is public but in cases like this the manager on duty should calmly talk to the people who are not eating and ask them to please let the people who are waiting to eat sit down. The boy who was working the cash register was in a bad mood and you couldn't hear what he was saying. The manager on duty only cared about cooking and was not aware of what was happening outside. If you are a person with disabilities like me, you have no alternative to sit, all the chairs are very high (stools) and they only have two low tables. It's definitely a place to pick up food and take it home or somewhere else to eat. I paid 40 dollars for a food that is not worth it.

First time at Five Guys. Two big paties for a regular burger taste good, excellent fries. Funny, but Zero shugar Coca-Cola was too sweet for me. Sprite was much better. I guess it's priced right for today but it's still pricey. Overall, it was good👍

The service is pretty fast. I love how you build your own burger here, like you need to mention each and every topping you want or you'll end up with just bun and patty, even mayo or ketchup you have to mention. The patty is super fresh and flavorful. I am not a fan of their homemade fries but I do love their burgers.

I'm from Spain and I visited New York last week and went to Five Guys. We loved it! We had the best potato chips ever! And the burguer with mushrooms was delicious. And we loved all the choices for drinks, and the people there were great workers with a lot of style, and so nice. I love New York and I love Five Guys ❤️

We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, one little bacon cheeseburger, and one little cheeseburger. We asked for all burgers to be all the way. Once we got the burgers, none of them ended up having any topics on them. We walked up to talk to the cashier that took our order and said that we asked for all the burgers to be all the way when we ordered with him. He said he could either remake all the burgers for us or give us the toppings on the side. We kindly asked him to remake the burgers because we told him that we wanted them all the way when we ordered. Another man walked up to us (wearing black t-shirt) after, we assumed it was the manager but he didn’t introduce himself. He proceeds to tell us that the burgers can not be remade because it did not say all the way on ticket. We explain to him that we told the cashier that we asked for all the way to which the cashier stated he must have misheard us. The manager ignored our words and continued to tell us that he will not add toppings to the burgers nor remake the burgers for our family. He bluntly kept telling us that he will not remake the burgers and only give us toppings on the side raising his voice at us multiple times throughout the encounter. We eventually gave up since the manager kept ignoring our request to fix the problem and agreed to get our toppings on the side to avoid participating in this scene he was making. This visit to FIVEGUYS was extremely disappointing for our family.

The food was really delightful, good with flavors that impress. However, the steep prices make it challenging to justify the worth of going here in all honesty. It would have made more sense if it was even a few dollars less.

The food as always was well prepared and tasty. The one concern is that if a person was handicapped they will have to ask for assistance in order to get down the short flight of stairs. Other that aberration it's nice to know that there is a good place to get burgers next door from Rockefeller Center.
