Promises can break, but Newark,NJ seems to 100% keep theirs. Redevelopment is underway and the honesty is flowing over the cup.

It's Newark; great convenient transportation hub, but it's clearly seen better days... I'm from Pittsburgh, so most of it doesn't surprise me... I see a lot in common between the two, but on a (slightly) related note, I found this marker after looking at a street view level and I find it funny that the Oct 2021 view has the marker placed on some random guy walking out the door! Are they "Newark?"

The guys that walk around and collect tickets are VERY racist,they hate black people . They harass black people when the ride this train. It is kind of sickening. I’ve seem them yell at black people for their tickets. Like literally screaming at blacks for their tickets. I’m so in disgust with the employees that travel from NJ in to the city!
