Our company went through several sponsors, but Monomoy is by far, the best sponsor/investor we ever had. As sponsor, they did not only look at the return of their investments, they also encouraged local management to invest in upgrading our equipment for better efficiency and look after the employees' welfare and benefits, environmental and safety through their ESG program.

Worked with Monomoy recently in one of their companies. They allowed the company execute the strategic plan that was created by the company and allowed the business to run autonomously. They did provide guidance and support from industry experts when needed. Also, has a strong pool of resources that was very helpful when assistance was requested.
