The local LAC toured this facility with Ms. Brown.

This facility was clean and secure. I did not like the location. They have lots of activities. Its for all people: different illnesses. The staff are caring and even tempered. The tour was decent and educational.

The admissions director was very informative. She gave us a complete tour. The staff are down to earth. The residents appeared to be happy. I really liked this favility.

Everybody here at University manor I did such a great job with my Moti. Recommend this place for anybody. That's trying to have rehab or has a senior and a family. And especially these people James social worker phil Social worker melissa therapy kelly Nures Shonta nures they all did a fantastic job at University manor

Being a legal guardian of several individuals, most are long-term care at nursing facilities. University Manor has recently become the home of one of my wards and he is doing very well here. Social service director, James A., Shanta, nurse Lynette and Kelly S. were instrumental in identifying and sought treatment for a serious medical issue with my ward that ultimately saved his life.

😢 I feel bad for the patients at University Manor Healthcare. They feed the patients slop. There is never any laundry to do rounds every 2 hours, Let alone every hour And the staff is retaliated when they reach out to their Union members & Representative's

Facility Is Horrible, The Director Of Nursing James Comes To Work Drunk And Higher Than A Cooter Brown, The Patients Only Have Pull- Ups, Pampers, Linen, Towels, Wash Cloths, When The State Or Corporate Employees Are In The Building, The Building Has Roaches, Mice, Bed Bugs

I wish there was half a star to chose this place doesn’t even deserve a star. This is place is HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! Dirty, unsanitary and just sad. They don’t care about the residents or the staff at all! The management staff are unapproachable and unbothered. Everyone in management is only there to collect a check. They don’t even talk to residents or address their needs and concerns in a timely manner. The residents can’t even get an extra plate of food when they ask for it. Most of the nurses are LAZY as can be and the supervisor nurse at night sleeps the entire shift. The residents are stinky, dirty and depressed. The inside of the building is dirty and unsanitary! There’s only a handful of nursing staff there that actually care and do right by the residents. There’s no activities for them, no one comes in to do haircuts, the residents have NOTHING to look forward to. Most of the residents beds are malfunctioning and their TVs usually don’t work. They have bed bugs and don’t even inform new staff of the situation. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to stay here! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN, torn down and rebuilt in every way. It’s an old outdated building with depressing vibes as soon as you walk in. Did I mention super ghetto!!? It’s gutter ghetto beyond any logical understanding. It’s beyond sad it’s a disgrace!
