Worst bar in norwalk, my ID failed then passed through the same scanner, I am 22, don’t come here, zero hospitality and terrible customer service not worth your money or time

Entirely too loud and bright to talk to people. Cover charge for overpriced drinks and no pool tables available. Only crowd were people playing pool. The club vibe they’re trying to create doesn’t match the relatively laid back atmosphere they actually have. Went at 11pm on a Saturday night and spent $110 for 8 people’s entry and 4 (basic) drinks.

Service was great! Empanadas 😋! We had a pitcher of Mojitos and definitely do recommend it.

The food was so bad not only they over charge for everything but sandwich it was steak and they only had like two pieces of it. Fries different kind of fires, I ask for a glass of water and they said I had to buy a bottle of water that they don't serve free water drinks are so expensive .

Absolute trash place. Second time to this garbage establishment. This time they charged my friends and I $15 for a well vodka tonic / well gin tonic. Didn’t even put them in the computer - they just open liquored and rang in whatever prices they felt like so they could over charge us. Nasty way of doing business, but now they’ll have less of that since we won’t be returning.

Denied entry due to “fake ID” I had given to me by the state of Connecticut. Said I wasn’t allowed entry and wanted to keep MY license, I offered to call the police and have it sorted it out and they returned my license and still denied me entry. Go literally anywhere else in SONO and you’ll have a good time recommend Blind Rhino, Evaritos, and Il Posto but definitely not Alex’s never coming back again not to mention their ridiculously priced drinks

Pretty cool place except when there’s the fees at the door… honestly no one cares about the DJ or the events happening there… last time we tried to go in there was a $10 fee because someone was celebrating a birthday? Lmao ma’am really? I’d pay money if you guys left.
