This is coming from my personal experience with this venue. I booked La Hacienda Banquet Hall for my Mexican themed wedding a year in advance. Unfortunately, what should have been the happiest day of my life became the most traumatic. Communicating with the event coordinator, Jennifer, was extremely challenging throughout the planning process, which was a red flag I wish I had listened to. She often responded rudely and unprofessionally to simple questions, which made me uneasy. Enrique, on the other hand he was kind and made us feel excited to work with us. The night before my wedding, she sent a contract alteration at 9:37pm without discussion. Though Jennifer discouraged me attending set-up, I sent trusted friends, who observed her disorganization and unprofessionalism. She and my mother clashed during prep and throughout the event, unknown to me at the time. Jennifer showed little interest in ensuring my wedding went smoothly. My vendors encountered her rudeness and lack of assistance. Ultimately, she CANCELED my wedding at 11:48pm, though it was to go until 2am. With better preparation and communication, this could have been avoided. However, her negative attitude and unwillingness to take accountability ruined my wedding. Now Jennifer threatens to keep my deposit despite no damages. I cannot recommend this venue, regardless of its beauty, and my family and I are left to heal from this traumatic experience. I can go on and on but the thing that hurts the most is that I worked hard to make my wedding day a success, but she did not do anything possible to value my business. People work hard and go through many life challenges for their event to deal with people that simply don’t want to help make your day a success.

We rented the Banquet Hall for a Celebration of Life for my father in December. They took a lot of stress off of my family by handling everything that we requested. Jenifer delivered what was promised and was on site for any questions that we had. It was the most reasonably priced event hall for the number of guest we were expecting. Thanks again.

The coordinator was very easy to work with. Prices very reasonable ans the venue is very nice.

I highly recommend La Hacienda Banquet Hall for any event you might have in mind. We hosted my daughter's Quinceanera here, and it was everything she wanted and more. The entire process was stress free and the team is unmatched. Professional, patient and invested in your event. Jenifer was the best, and I would book another event here in a heart beat. Thank you La Hacienda for an amazing experience!

Beautiful venue but I had to look elsewhere for my event. The sales lady who helped me in one of their October Open House event was nice but lacked knowledge on pricing and didn’t have a sense of urgency to accommodate my needs. The “promo” package they offer are similar to a basic package. The flyer she provided was a list of services with no prices listed so we had to handwrite verbal quotes. They had no clear professional quote packages. I requested to get prices for their “add on” services to add to my package and was told that would be discussed when we set up our appt. to sign contract. I decided to pay the Save the Date fee with the intentions of working with them for my event. About 3 weeks later she calls me to coordinate a date to sign contract. I questioned her about the quote we wrote on my flyer the day of the Open House and find out she gave me an incorrect quote. So, once again I asked to please provide me with accurate pricing on the package and “add ons” so I could review before my appointment and I was clear of what I would be signing…a week past by and no prices were given to me, so I decided to call the main number and speak to another person. I explained my situation and she seem to understand. The lady was nice and promised me she would send me the information within about 2 days or so…Day came and no information…she messaged me about 4 to 5 days later and said she would send me the information by the end of the day and that I would have to reschedule my appt to sign the contract which the appt was scheduled the following day and a month after I had paid them the SAVE the Date fee. Well, end of day came and the next day and honestly until now I cannot understand how this venue is not able to provide accurate pricing within a reasonable time to their clients. I read other great reviews and maybe my salesperson was new but I think I was very patient with them. I messaged the lady the next day and I told her not to worry about providing me prices anymore and that I had already found another venue. I asked for them to refund my fee and she was quick to respond that they would not refund. You would think they would want to take better care of their clients and close on a deal asap! Complete opposite experience at the other venue…was given prices the moment I discussed services and I was able to do everything in 3 days. Management needs to better train their employees. I don’t think they realized they lost a good client who was willing to sign a contract with them. I decided to look elsewhere and not chance it here with this type of client service or getting any surprises the day of the event.

Perfect hall for special events. We had my daughter’s quinceañera at La Hacienda banquet hall and it was magical, it was more than what we could ask for. excellent service great food and amazing staff, thanks to Jennifer for helping in everything.

This venue is literally everything I could have dreamed of! Communication is on point with Jenifer and she always gave me her recommendations. She was amazing and the whole team including the servers and bartenders went above and beyond! We had a pan dulce table and the decor itself was amazing. Jenifer recognized every detail to what I wanted in our wedding. DJ was great and played requested songs. The food was delicious and our guests had no complaints about it. Thank you again to the team! You guys were awesome and amazing !!! 🤩 definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a full package venue!
