THE BERKSHIRE BUILDING HAS A SERIOUSLY MALFUNCTIONING HVAC UNIT ON THE ROOFTOP THAT RATTLES THE ENTIRE BUILIDING REGARDLESS OF THE LEVEL YOU ARE ON. FOR CLARITY IT IS A LARGE HVAC UNIT SERVING THE HALLWAYS OF THE ENTIRE BUILIDNG SO THE SEVERITY OF THE NOISE CAN BE IMAGINED. ITS LIKELY THE UNIT IS IMPROPERLY VIBRATION DAMPENED OR WORN BUT NEVERTHELESS THE NOISE IS AUDIBLE THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING. WOULD LOVE FOR THE MANAGEMENT TEAM TO DO SOMETHING TO ADDRESS THIS.

Everything about Ironstate is truly the best! We just moved a few months ago and have had nothing but incredible things to say about our experience so far; especially with the management, maintenance, doormen, all the amenities and of course our neighbors!

Living at the Berkshire is great. Staff is on top of everything we need. They provide breakfast twice a month and it’s amazing.
