Avalon Hoboken

We have lived in the Hoboken Avalon for about six months now and have truly had a wonderful experience. Management and maintenance are wonderful. Building is kept clean and when/if a rare maintenance issue arises, Rob and his team are very quick (and happy!) to address it. The entire team at the Avalon is kind and friendly and good hospitality really shines through here.

The maintenance team always responds quickly and effectively to our requests (special thanks to Rob).

My sincere gratitude goes out to Pablo and Luis for their assistance with all the little details.
It is a great experience to live at Avalon Hoboken, the staff is amazing, polite, and professional. The amentis and cleanliness are excellent.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and the maintenance staff is great. I’ve specifically worked with Rob who has been fantastic and has gone above and beyond for any maintenance request we’ve sent. He’s always helpful, quick to respond, and very professional.

Maintenance- Robinson and the maintenance team are incredible. Had an issue and the follow up and completion was spot on! These guys are professional and care about what they do and the tenants in their building.

I manage 3 and 4 World Trade Center, I’d bring them on board immediately!

I moved into the Avalon in July and have only great things to say about my experience. The leasing office is top notch. They are quick to respond to concerns and very helpful to resolve any issues. The maintenance team has been great to work with. Douglas had been helping with a project in my unit. He was great to communicate and work with - ontop of doing an excellent job. Thank you to the entire team!
