The store had system
Issues and wouldn’t accept the gift card I had. This is a my city center gift card. Rather than fixing the issue they explained that it happens often and asked me for other cards. The gift card has a good amount of credit on it, more than the total of the purchase I wanted to make and has been activated as well. If this happens often why isn’t it fixed? I ended up walking out and buying nothing.

Worst experience with the employees. Very rude and the security guard did not corporate at all with the things we already had in hand after shopping at the mall.

If you’re thinking about ordering online and you get a defected item. Good luck getting it replaced. The customer service team will promise you things and fail to adhere to them. Very upsetting. Just buy from the store itself INCASE u get scammed
