Cheating people. I bought a laptop bag from this specific store 10 days back. I passed by the store the very next day but without carrying the bag and asked the sales person if i can replace my bag and he mentioned YES but with a receipt and a original Tag. Today i cam visited the store with the bag to replace it and so called Assistant Manager Mr. Zahir was not responding well and straight away mentioned that he cannot replace the bag as it is used. But honestly writing, it wasn't used. And his behavior is not tolerated. How did your company place such person in a reputed position. Now because of this person’s behaviour, i will never buy anything from Tomi Hilfiger from any store in the world.

There are 3 staff one senior Philipino lady was very arrogant. And one Indian man. Was totally not helpful and one younger Philipino lady so last and so rigid. I went there with my husband and was one more customer in the store. The whole team was lazy and not helpful

Small shop with limited collections. The things are arranged neatly. Cost is bit high even after 25 percent discount. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice brand but people from this store in deira city centre are not friendly they are only talking to each other without even care to the costumer. No wonder they don’t have costumer when we came only the staff itself whose busy chatting to each other.

I been to Tommy Sahara Centre & this staff are really accommodating even you are not buying anything but in the end i bought many things because i was overwhelmed how they treat me & others.

I am very upset with the level of professionalism and service that I experienced at the Deira City Centre Branch. Started off with being unable to reach them on the landline and mobile number mentioned on google, luckily I got a call back and I was able to reserve my item. I then went to collect it in the evening, there was no sign of greeting from the staff , I went to the lady behind the counter and told her about the item I had reserved - it took me a couple of minutes for her to acknowledge me as she was busy typing something on her screen, she then asked her colleague to help me - after a while of waiting he brought my order to me. Again was disappointed with the packaging, a small cap was put into a huge paper bag. There need to be an investment in staff training clearly
