They have nice exciting rice for kids and some nice adventure game options too. Most of the place was wonderful play area for kids. its kind of changing and relaxing for kids after long time , after all I really being thankful for (Nisha) who took good care of my children. If you meet (Nisha) surely your in good hand . Thanks magic planet .

Taher at the top up counter needs to speak up and be polite instead of only focusing on selling promotion. He has no interest in people who want to recharge less amount. I was confused by his behavior and had to ask again what he meant. Please Learn to elaborate dear Taher and break your silence. All other staffs are very helpful except him.

The soft play area is quite small. Climbing up to reach the slides is a challenge due to tight space.

Terrible experience to say the least. Visited magic planet 100 times in my life being a regular member., but this city center experience was abnormal. At 3 pm I waited for my turn but people had swied 65 times on power roll so nobody else can play for next 3 hours. There were 2 machines and both were full for 2 hours by a single client. Multiple people like us could only wait for few hours and not play at all. They were not even kids but adults playing. Mr Erfan the manager there did not do anything to help and alot of families with kids like us had to suffer. Erfan is not fit to be a manager and he was not able to solve the issue. The only thing he told us was scan qr code and complaint. Never visiting this branch again.

There are multiple options for kids to play, definitely kids are going to enjoy a lot.
It's advisable to top up the card above 200Aed coz you won't realize when you start playing.
So for certain games you play you win tickets which later can be deposited in the machine and on that balance you can collect some collectible at counter.
