One of the best customer service I got from Satheesh and jashwa. Very accommodative! I came for a return and they were very helpful in the process. Just because of their attitude I bought something else.. Thanks a lot guys

Worst customer service ever the cashier & the other staff lady were so rude & not helpful. Except for Joshua who was running around trying to tend to everyone's request. Kudos to you Joshua!!!

Cannot stop buying Clark's shoes. I adore them so much for they have huge value for money, and the quality is second to none.

Firstly, I have to commend one attendant, Suraj, for attending to my impulse buying need on 14 Dec with their BOGO promo. I bought two pairs of shoes for the price of one. Suraj has the patience to deal with my buying process. it was a memorable experience.
Secondly, because of that excellent experience I decided to go back on 19 Dec, and plan to purchase another two pairs, but lo and behold, my experience was in the opposite spectrum of what Suraj provided me. It was bad. The two supervisors on duty, double team and expressly told me that I am in the way of the other customers path while I'm trying to find the right shoe sizes.
it is ok to manage the flow of traffic in the store, I don't have a problem with that, but what made me upset was in the manner they did it. I was told I was in the way while they moved the boxes, no permission was asked.
the first it happened, I let it pass, but I was feeling bad already. it made me uncomfortable. and then it happened again with the second supervisor, five minutes apart from the first supervisor, the action to move the boxes was deliberate and pointed. This action disorganised the order of how I arranged the boxes.
and the next thing, we are yelling at each other, the two of them against me.
I remembered saying why didn't you ask permission, and I was told "I don't need permission to move the boxes unless I take the boxes and return it to the back."
I was embarrassed, upset, and felt denied of a good experience.
if only, they treated me like an adult, it would have been a different outcome, instead I felt like a kid, being educated, being scolded.
They were high and mighty, did not apologise even, and continued to defend their position.
i thought, I would be fine after a few days, but the bad experience keeps playing in my head even after a few days.
Great shoes but very inconsistent customer service from staff - it runs from being excellent to being the worst.
I was a repeat customer but they did not see that as an opportunity.
if only they have 5 more minutes to spare with their patience, I could have purchased those shoes, and they would have a satisfied customer and them - two less pairs of inventory.
