Usually we buy most of our clothes in Next. So whenever we visit we really love to see Hanna as our customer assistant as she knows how impart shopping to us she very great with :)

Last day, I'm just wandering through DCC and I found a nice shirt in Next so i just get into the store and a young energetic lady come to assisted me very professionally and give me lot of advice, that time I was surprised how a sales person know these much knowledge about fashion terms and principles that helps me a lot to select more items according to my body proportion. I had a quality time with her so that i understood that she's a fashion graduate. I saw that the manager took her picture and I asked can I took a picture also because she's the one of the best staff.

Nice promotions. quality brand that i like. they have good variety of clothing. i love the most their pants very comfy. staffs are all welcoming also.

The staff is terrible over here, it seems they are trained to misbehave with customers intentionally so they never come again. I have gone through some of the reviews down and im surprised that i had gone through the same situation since the supervisor and cash counter lady misbehaved with me in front of other customers and upon asking the process of raising complaint the supervisor said go wherever you want to go for complaint I don't care 😔😔 I haven't seen such experience in my entire life. Management should investigate why the staff is humiliating the customers for no reason since they shout and misbehave with customers.

The staff is very rude , they don't know how to speak with customer even the manager doesn't know have any basic ethics. I took the baby clothes from the hanger and put in the down shelve and the lady from cash counter told me in front of everyone that don't throw and i said im not throwing im just keeping than she said talk to my manager and manager came and started arguing with me on asking her name and process how to complaint for disrespecting me. If someone is asking for complaint than why ur staff doesn't allowed for raising a complaint which is the basic right for anyone's.

One of my favourite brands to buy pants or trousers for work. The material is durable and the price is reasonable. Sometimes they have good promotions too. However, I don't see a lot of short collections for women. It's summer in Dubai and I can't imagine wearing pants all the time in this weather.
